Lately Ive been really stressed and anxious about things so I just watched the video, and I am quite disorganised though in school I try to be as tidy as possible and not show it, and if someone tries to scare me I jump out my feet, and I spontaneously get tummy aches and backaches that either last for ages or about 10 minutes, I also think about this one thing all the time which is the main route to all my anxiousness, and Im constantly distracted, though when Im at school I try to have fun and Im always messing around but at home I feel like Im in a whole new day with I different emotion, but I dont want to tell my mum or dad about this because I dont want to be overreacting or just be overthinking it

Tired - I'm always tired. I don't get enough sleep. It's never enough. My mind repeats moments. Rumination.
Messy - Losing minor things. Always asking everyone where my stuff is. I just laugh it off. Even though I'm really worried because I actually need for something.
Edge - Frequently, I stare at the ground. Just thinking gloomily. People ask me if I'm okay from time to time. They thankfully leave after I say Huh? Oh sorry, just zoning out. Lol.
Pain - I hate it. No, really. It's horrible. Watching others have fun so easily when you're in pain all the time. I got a fever from anxiety few times literally. Maybe like 10. No idea.
Rumination - The first one.

I was recently professionally diagnosed with anxiety and antiexpatory anxiety by my child life person. I am 11, and I had warts on my hands. So I have to get injections in my hands every 2 months to make them go away, which they have. I have always been afraid of needles and when I was introduced to child like about 2 months ago, she diagnosed me with antiexpatory anxiety. If you don't know what antiexpatory anxiety is, it basically means when you know something bad will happen or you will be in pain or get hurt, you freak out and are kind of like a toddler, like, no no no! At least thats how I am. So she diagnosed me with antiexpatory anxiety and anxiety.

Growing up, everyone just thought I was shy and/or weird. When I was about 17 years old, I somehow made a few friends (one becoming my partner later, and they had anxiety. And I realized I had it too. Ive experienced all the signs listed in this video, and other symptoms. I didnt discuss it with my doctor until I was about 20, and I got some help. No one in my family understands, and they think I use anxiety as an excuse or something. And every time my mother hears the word anxiety, she rolls her eyes and becomes irritated. But I have a partner and friends who understand. Thank you for these videos!

I think I have anxiety and it's horrible every day my stomach ache is constantly there my heart beats very fast and all the other symptoms that were mentioned in the video. I tried to talk about it but I was told that if I learn my classes, I would reduce my anxiety but it doesn't change anything at all Before an evaluation once my hands trembled while I had revised and even had the subject in advance. I'd like to be understood.

I'm always tired cause I sleep like 4-5 hours a day.
I'm very disorganised. Because I don't sleep enough.
I don't get stressed at all about anything. Extreme it is what it is mentality.
Like 2 weeks ago was walking on crossroad, car was approaching, tires screeching. I just slowed my walk and gave him the fuk are you doing look, in my mind I thought the fk are you doing, learn how to drive, next time u go to jail.

Big signs you have anxiety without realising it:
You clench your stomach a lot to a point where it causes digestive issues
Your worries are sticky and very difficult to dispell
You experience dizziness and feel like you're in freefall when you're especially worried
You're constantly stressed out and feel exhausted easily as a result
You feel an impending sense of doom when you're very worried

I really relate to the point of being easily scared. It's mainly spiders (I think it might just be arachnophobia, but other things like loud noises, things passing me quickly and feeling something weird (for example putting on a shoe and my foot touches something inside, all of these things can make me jump. And for some reason, when someone knocks on my door while I'm inside, it just scares the life out of me.

The Trips I've been having have really helped me a lot, I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well

I relate to all of them oh no. My mom told me to talk to my therapist about anxiety next session, because of another problem that could be anxiety induced. So I looked into it and found this video, and I am now 95% sure that I have just been anxious this whole time.

Mushrooms containing psilocybin saved my life. They aided my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quit illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it wouldve become medically dangerous to quit. It has also helped me survive depression.

hi, um so I've identified with all the symptoms of anxiety and I've done some research on my own, and I've come to the conclusion that I might have anxiety, but I don't know how to tell my parents or the psychologist about it, do you have any recommendations?

Anxiety is not my fault and is nothing to be ashamed of
This really helps because Iv always been ashamed and embarrassed about my anxiety
I hated it so much and wished that my social anxiety could just go away and disappear

i get frightened very easily by sounds or sudden movement from my mom, the most ridiculous time i got startled is when a delivery guy called my name even though i was already standing there for a while

I can't tell if I have anxiety, if it's my ADHD acting up again, or possibly I'm depressed. But there is that off chance that it's just that moldy hot dog I accidentally ate earlier. I'm so lost
