As a 50yo introvert I have had several long term relationships however they just seem to happen when they do instead of when I want. Its not uncommon for me to go yrs alone but once someone gives me a chance we end up being together for yrs. Best bet is try to be around others even if its just a few. Learn to love yourself first or nobody else will. Also once you do have a partner dont be quick to replace them or look for someone better unless of course you cant stand them. Todays society is so quick to give up on relationships. I find that I prefer to fight for mine and I prefer a partner who will also put in the effort.

Ive finally found someone who I can think i gotta have u about and I could if i try because we're friends. Idk tho if approaching them first is the right thing to do regarding our friendship. Anyway they give me happiness, so the thought of having them doesnt really matter. I only wish happiness for them and I'll try to make them happy

About hack #6. How can I get to know myself? Coz many times I feel conflicted, like 2 opposite persons. For example I'm very shy, and I don't speak much, and at the same time I'm much too open many times. Or I prefer to stay at home, but I would like to start going outside. Or many other things. I can't thing about other examples atm.

People have been advicing me to use Tinder or apps like that. I barely can call for a pizza because of the anxiety that gives me. Using an app seems like something won't work for me (that's why all my gf were friends before, the bad face is that the hole they left when they leave is ever bigger that if they weren't.
