If INFJ's ran the world.

If INFJ's ran the world.

What do all these historical leaders have in common? Four things actually Andrew: Hi there! INFJ Nurse here! :)
I find the video to be really accurate! There are a few things I would add in a world of INFJs!
+ I think workplace environments would be a lot less stressful, though overall productivity would take a hit. People needing more time to recharge their batteries would result in shorter work hours, but the work force would be better rested, less stressed, and less prone to burnout. Shorter hours would mean overall less work is done, but with a reliable and well-treated workforce, employees would be more consistent. With a more local focus, the population would be less funneled towards one or two places and have more variety, reducing strain on any one particular place.
+ Emergency medicine isn't impossible in the era of the INFJ, but shorter work hours would be essential to allow for clearer mindsets. INFJs would work emergency medicine with each patient's best interests in mind. Decisions would be team-based rather than hierarchical, and a greater number of workers would be needed to take the strain off of a very busy floor (fewer patients per nurse & doctor. We may not be the best at making quick decisions, but together we can make good ones, and having more minds mean more avenues of thought being considered at once.
+ Law breaking would likely be a rarer occurrence. With people's needs and desires being more accounted for, and advocacy for change in full swing, more people would feel recognized and policy change would result in greater equality and more equal socioeconomic standing. Decreased stress and increased empathy would result in more widespread care and crime would be less frequent. Police would likely be trained in handling domestic matters in mental health crises and other interventions. Firefighters and paramedics would still exist, though likely with a more local focus and greater emphasis on a team effort.
+ Feel free to add other thoughts. These were just some ideas in my head!
Thank you for reading, you are amazing, and have a wonderful day! _

Balancing out everything is a fact of the universe, people would absolutely focus on different aspects of their personality to get things accomplished, and since everyone's values are the same it'd probably work out great. There would be generally less conflict. This is how it would work if everyone was the same type, same values, different specific skillsets, filling in the holes around them to fulfill certain needs of society. INFJs are equally masterful with objects as they are with people. If the goal of the objective is to help people, they'll prioritize it.

About the no cars thing, I think that there are no more cars because engineering isnt our thing isnt the reason but because we know that cars arent needed, a Community is. Cars and long distance travel have been damaging the for a while now and we know that if we can just make communitys that have everything we need, then cars arent needed to run around and this would have other benefits as well, as stated by that one coment all INFJs are unique and INFJ engineers would be there too, but they wouldnt be making cars. Ah I should actually watch the video now.

As an INFJ, I agree with this being how majority would handle the situation, but two of my friends are also INFJs between the three of us and our different skill sets, I think if the world were run by INFJs, we would find alternative solutions to technology and use it in a way that's understandable to us: )
I mean- I myself am pretty good at computer science! And I can understand the concepts just fine! So engineering is not completely out of the question
I love the quote in the end though, the world is beautiful because of our diversity

An INFJ world. in my perspective?
You got most of the points I would latch onto; chores, like businesses, would fall behind and long-term goals would thrive. The job world would be reworked in interesting ways as Research, Engineering, and automating chores would be in high demand while maintaining chores. well, It might not be so bad as considerate managers, considerate customers, and considerate customers make communities inside communities at their workplaces.

INFJs can still have regular jobs, even if they aren't common for our personality. Also, INFJs running the world doesn't mean everyone would suddenly switch personality types. It just means the one type would be in charge.
You don't see the president fixing cars or patching wounds but it that's what other people still do.
I kinda feel like this video is harmful and stereotypical to us INFJs.

reply

I'm an infj and I think every other personality is as important. I don't want a world ruled by just infj but I do wish a better world for us. I want a more balanced world. Ofc I don't want to lose technology or public transportation but I want them to be greener for the planet.
I think if we work hard we can have it all and still protect and care for the planet and people in it.

reply

INFJs are very aware. As stated by the coment section we know ourselves and use this as a basic tool to help understand other things and people, but sometimes other people that dont know themselves can a temp to use us against us and try to steal our knowledge and understanding by trickery and lies. To take it for themselves STAY STRONG INFJs!
reply

Since we're the rarest, we're the most difficult to stereotype because each one of us is extraordinarily different. Having said this, I don't think this would be the exact result of the world being run by INFJs. Although potentially beneficial, I certainly wouldn't want all my technology taken away from me.
reply

there are no cars as INFJs aren't suited to careers in engineering so everyone is using the roads as one big sidewalk. anybody else as confused by this line as I am? No reason why an INFJ wouldn't be suited to engineering or wouldn't drive places just because the other personalities are gone.
reply

Well, making the world a better place is not necessarily about contemplating instead of solving. It's more about understanding and avoiding/fixing issues, no matter what it takes. Having no tools or intention to do so has nothing to do with personality, just with inability and convenience.
reply

I'm an INFJ. Everything is true what you said about us. I love this videos. And nowdays I fight for myself everytime because of my personality. I feel lonely to myself everytime. And I think everybody hate me. But I Always take care of everybody. Being an INFJ is very very hard.
reply

Being an INFJ personality type is really difficult sometimes when other personality types just dont get you. They dont get that deep sense altruism and your feeling to connect and empower people. But naturally I understand everybody has a right to be who they are.
reply

i think that not much will change except it will be a little bit better because infj would rebuild economy for the better, recycling, etc. I think this because infj can be engineer and doctors too. Some infjs are not suited for it, and some of them are.
reply

I think INFJs will never be the only ones left on earth. They understand the importance of everyone, plus everyone else will be so safe with them that no one will go extinct.
A very good video though to explain how everyone is important.

reply

why do i struggle so much to find my real personally type, i have pretty much every trait of an infj but also a lot of all the others traits, i dont understand myself and i tried years to explain myself, ununderstandment mode activated
reply

Yeah interesting but there are lots of exceptions, like Im interested in tech and architecture and studying game design. Engineering was also a consideration so I think this video could do with some adjustment. Im an infj
reply

This one is baloney. Its projection of an ideology assuming these traits will be expressed in perfect people untroubled by evil. It assumes this personality type is evil less. Very naive.
reply

As a supposed 1. 3% of the population I feel rare but also feel that I might not be an INFJ. But everything the test said about me I feel is true to an extent at representing me.
reply

What if everyone on earth would be an INTJ / INTP? Would there be a crisis on the lac of empathy and to much logical thinking? I'd like to know, because i am those types.
reply

I felt bad after no connection around the world, but I remembered all damage taken by other will be gone with same people around me.
So I wouldnt need computers

reply

As an INTX, Im concerned how the INFJs inherited the earth. Did everyone else kill each other, or did they have some nefarious plan I didnt anticipate?
reply

I have seen in so many video games where the villains try to wipe out mankind to save the world because humans were slowly eroding the earth.
reply

As an INFJ I don't feel the lack of technology is accurate, nor the lack of snackies, 'cause MAN I SNACK A LOT, especially when I'm low dopamine.
reply

This is a load of crap
Im a mature infj
And I dont fit those stereotypes
Guess what buddy I design cars
Automotive engineer.
