It’s to get started I needed a long time to find the strength to do the things I want to do. Taking it step by step and building up strength slowly is a good start. Try not to get swept away by your feelings and taking things impulsively. Impulsivity is an admirable character trait in the right situations. In every day life, it’s good to train structure, rituals and all the things that will bring you forward in the long run. Every habit you train will tell you how your future will look like.
I myself try to establish new healthy habits and it can be rewarding to eat healthy or start exercising, as soon your body will feel strong and your mood will be lifted up. A way to get motivated is giving it a try. Once you are doing the first steps, your mind & body will crave the new routines that make you feel good. It’s not easy but worth it. Everyone can do that! I think I am good with the most parts but being introverted, my circle is rather small. That's okay-ish tho.
I have no goals in life tho or at least none which I can actually accomblish.
For that I try to expand in areas where I know I can still improve and change my life to the better.

I first and foremost will break the habit of not driving. I used to drive a lot, but had a blood sugar episode behind the wheel a few years ago and got a bit spooked because I thought it was actual anxiety. I’m sick of being reliant on others at my big age. I will get my license this year so I can travel for better financial and social opportunities!

cant agree with these, i myselves are nerodivergent and just cant mentaly and physically use this advise i am getting therapy to help but idk if i will keep myselves alife till i get enought help
