The Deadliest Island in the World: Snake Island Explained 5 times more potent doesnt mean a 7% chance of death becomes 35%, it means 1/5th the venom will give you that 7%. Consider that getting shot by a single bullet has a 5% chance of death. But its not just the chance of whether the bullet hits something vital, but if you have enough remaining blood to survive to get stitched up, so each successive bullet is more dangerous than the last once. So that snake? A lot deadlier than 35%. And even if you survive? Well, you probably wont have a fun weekend.

A couple things here, What is a -garden snake-? And also if you are referring to a Garter snake they can grow more than half a meter in length. Which isn-t that large in length for a snake. A better way to describe the snakes size would be in Weight or width. Because you basically made it seem like a half meter snake was large when in fact it-s not. In fact some garter snakes can grow over a meter.

-What would happen if you were mysteriously teleported from where you are right now, onto the Island? -
Well, for one I'd be considering myself to be an Isekai and I would be the main character of my story, which means I'm protected by plot armor and cannot die. That's my reality and you can't change it.

Endangered? They're not endangered, they are an insulated species that only exists there. If the island is remote and separated then it make sense they would diverge evolutionarily over long periods of time. You could say any species there is technically endangered, but is it meaningful?
reply

. wait a minute. How did they manage to build a lighthouse there? The construction must have taken from a few weeks up to a couple of months, it must have involved transporting material over the island, at a rather slow pace. making it very likely to get bitten.

Here in Germany we have a common snake called a black Coolio that lays its eggs inside the mouths of sleeping children. Then in a few days the child vomits out thousands of baby snakes. It's very common here.

This video makes no sense.
#1 How can a species be endangered if there are 450, 000 of it?
#2 How does a snake evolve to have deadlier venom and what proof is there that this occured at all?

reply

There is a story of a man that was apparently gathering bananas on Snake Island (he didn't know of the snakes) - he was bitten. They found him dead in a boat from snake venom.

so the best options would either be to find a log and try to use it to float to shore, or break into the lighthouse and disable the light to get the attention of the government.

Send some Peoples from South East Asian Countries who eats Snake and Cockroach insect.
1000 Peoples is more than enough to finish up All those Snakes on that Island

How do population estimates range from 4, 000 to 430, 000? I'll go ahead and throw out an educated estimate then, and say there are about 410 million snakes on the island.

Hey can you do a video of island mostly used by pirates to maroon other pirates and crew members. would be interesting to know if snake island was used. plz and thx!

Addition: North Sentinel Island may match Snake Island also, if you visit it then you will be killed after 5 seconds. because the tribe doesn't recognize you.

I ain-t afraid of no snakes. Give me two pairs of tough jeans, some steel toed boots and a spear and I-ll take out every one of those slithery bastards.
reply

I lived very close to the shore from where you can see the island. very tempting to go there. I think some people have been there illegally, but not today

Imagine if the Plane from Snakes on a Plane crashed on this island
SLJ: Enough is Enough! ive had it with these mofon snakes on this mofon island!

RLL's older videos are so much better. His voice was a lot calmer. Nowadays, he exaggerates so much with everything he says.
reply

Why would anyone even bother installing a lock on that lighthouse? It's pretty much already the most secure place on Earth.
reply

RLL, I-m just happy you didn-t make your video about North Sentinel Island through your despicable -teleportation- thing.
reply

So, the snake version of North Sentinel Island? Because they-re isolated, dangerous, and banned from being set foot on?
reply

If movies have taught me anything, a great and powerful treasure or relic is on that island waiting to be discovered.
reply

There are two other islands that would be horrible to be stranded on: Sentinelse island and Bouvet island
reply

Plot Twist
That was origin tiny spot where snake came to be, and now it-s only limited to the island itself.
