Hi, Egyptian here, hopefully this comment reaches some people. El Sisi is an Israeli puppet who keeps lying about fighting in Sinai. Don't trust any of the statistics released by the military. Egyptians have nothing to do with that traitor's decision. We didn't elect this man. We do not condone his actions. But when a military dictator has western support, not much can be done. Aside from a civil war. Which funnily enough is what a lot of Egyptians are hoping for now because of how bad the situation in Egypt has gotten.

Hama's did not kill 1200 Israelis, most of the deaths were caused by the Israeli soldiers which they have admitted to doing using their tanks and helicopters and there is video footage of them doing so. So you need to get your facts straight before you start accusing or putting the blame on one set of people. Even survivors of this tragic day admitted that they were being shot at by Israeli soldiers.

it's kind of interesting to theorize on how this could lead to ww3 but it's very unlikely. The only thing that could trigger ww3 is if someone was strong enough to challenge the US, otherwise no one would dare go to war against them. It may start after China gets strong enough to take on the US but this is very unlikely to happen for another 50 years at the minimum.

Some people don't get deterrence.
I've seen people criticize the USA for putting their carriers in the region, but without them the conflict surely would have escalated even more.
The US Military are no saints, but this was a good move. Let's hope the people of Lebanon can avoid a new war.
