It is not only developing nations that suffer a development defecit. Look at any large urban area in the United States and behold the age of the public infrastructure. Behold the gaping lack of even a publicly funded health insurance or higher education (or equal funding for primary/secondary education) in the US. While trillions are diverted annually from the tax burden applied to 90% of the population of the United States and the UK, the national governments opt to issue government expenditure (in the US mostly to connected defense firms and other corporate contractors) via deficit, increasing annually the amount of public outlay that pays. the principal shareholders of financial firms responsible for robbing the state at the expense of the majority in the first place. This occurs through illegal means and newly legalized means. An example of legal means: capital gains (money, for example, from the sale of stock or from stock dividends) is taxed at half the effective rate of wage income. In addition, absent wage income, one can withdraw 26K of income from stock in the US without any fee while the exact same amount if earned by working (in the form of a wage) is taxed at up to 15%. 95% of the population must pay 6. 5% flat tax for payroll tax whereas the rich only have to pay a maximum of some $130, 000, even if their annual income would yield a tax burden of millions or tens of millions if taxed at 6. 5% like everyone else. These are the most obvious, pedestrian, commonplace forms of legalized fraud (when fraud is defined more brioadly as disburdening oneself of an obligation due the majority for no other reason than privilege) -- just imagine the less obvious, more complex loopholes and exemptions (offshore profit deferral, etc) that actually turn the wheels of the elite carriage over our servile bodies.

Okay, this documentary is fine and all, but it's not done it's research properly. The City of London is not run by a private company, and does not have a private police force. Every municipality in Britain - Glasgow, Manchester, Bognor Regis - used to call it's public municipal authority a corporation and every corporation used to have a police force. It's not that the City is a private entity, it's that the public entity of the City Corporation is run solely by and for representatives of private businesses who have successfully lobbied for it to be left in the 19th century. It gets away with it because its resident population is negligible and its population of huge corporations is enormous. But a lot of London's dodginess doesn't even take place in the City - a lot of it is in the Docklands, in an area run by a very much normal council.

How many politicians go to jail? They do what they want. Create money that is wasted and expect taxes to service the debt, or create more and more debt to service the previous debt. They create laws to fill the country to overflowing and turn a blind eye or encourage illegal migration - certain eventual social and economic collapse. They engage the country in dreadful wars, currently dangerously saber rattling against a fabricated invasion threat in another country, dangerous games that have the potential to create yet another war. They mess up, then move on with their bank accounts bulging, without consequences, while the people who have little to do with The City, struggle to survive in the aftermath of their incompetence and often corruption.

The City of London is the most corrupt organization in the world catering and laundering money of the powerful the elite the dictators and butchers of the world all under the guise of legitimacy. This just barely scratches the surface and if anyone starts digging to deep they have a tragic accident. These people pay premiums of 30 -49 percent of the money they pay to be laundered and hidden but they pay it gladly because they know no matter what happens the rest of the money is safe and protected for eternity. The Panama papers pulled back the curtain slightly exposing some of the world players but it was quickly closed and people were made to disappear permanently.

Kind of says a lot about human nature when the best form of government we've come up with thus far, is allowing everyone to be equally greedy(evil -- for the love of money is the root of all evil) with very few limitations such as minimum wage. Which remember, isn't enough to live off of if single unless you're living in your parent's basement.
edit: Minimum wage is there to combat things that used to happen such as coal miners being paid in company tokens like they were during the first half of the 1900s in the States.

Morbid British mind set successfully deceived the entire World for a while but now it is impossible as such Britain can kiss Good Bye to those days of hoodwinking Global Village intertwined with Instant Digital Communication & Citizen's Journalism
WMD in the hands of Britain was Off Shore Tax Free Banking
Far more people now know all about the deception, thus no longer a monopoly enjoyed by Twisted British mind set

How British elites created indestructible offshore tax havens If God didn't make it, it can be broken! Just people like any other country in the stable parts of the world where private corps pay politician pockets and favors (turning that politician to a political corporate compliant) for regulated public control set by the private corps from the top call.

Throw them in prison is exactly what needs to happen.
They will learn to respect those that they look down on and take advantage of and victimize when they have to sleep next to them and if they don't then they will learn something about being victimized by another, not because it is allowed but simply because it is possible.

This is well detailed and informed video. I'm here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $460, 000 in 4 months from $190k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.

Perhaps intentional or not, the documentary highlights government military funding efforts abroad being rendered useless due to individuals in the chain cashing out, to offshore accounts.
In other words, they would rather pocket the money for themselves, than pay for weapons or military operations abroad.

In 2020, the Barbados transitioned from being a Constitutional Monarchy to a Republic - because it wanted to shed its colonial roots. However, its quite interesting that the Barbados has no problem retaining its offshore banking system
holding billions in British pounds and billions in other currencies.

I don't get the point about trusts,
the name sort of tells you, it's about trust. If you trust somebody to look after 1Trillion assets, then you must really trust them.
How does a family work or a friend, do you have to declare every single time you lend money or borrow from family and friend?

No doubt with a little persuasion, on 13th April 2022, Jersey found and froze more than $7 Billion worth of assets belonging to Roman Abramovich, that's $7 Billion with a B.
How many more Billions or Trillions are hidden in Jersey, let alone the other off-shore havens?

Admire what Britain did here - and kudos to the rich, the accountants, and lawyers who pulled this off and kept their wealth off the hands of the poor. Just imagine leaving it to democracy and the poor to decide what is to be done with your money lol.

This was one of the objectives to leave the EU, to be and build off-shore financial tax havens. One of the drivers and confidants of Johnson has left UK, one can wonder why, isn't it? The UK wishes to be an independent financial economy.

Did not the concept of Taxes originate in feudal times to provide for the King and his men? Perhaps the root of this social disorder is with that precept. You work, I take, from you, for my life style.
