My Mom and her parents went through the depression. Small rancher and farmer so they didn't feel it as much. until the Agricultural Adjustment Act kicked in. Then the government told them they had to kill their live stock. In the part of Texas my family lived in they said no. Guardsmen were sent in and an armed stand off insued. They tried to at least allow them to butcher the animals and give the meat out to people in bread lines. No. They then ordered guns surrendered. My grandfather and his brother in law were disgusted by how quickly they complied so they turned and left. When ordered to return and lay down their weapons they responded with hand signs and kept going. Tell FDR not to ever visit our County, it won't be safe for him. No further effort was made to stop them. They live stock were killed and burned. Amazingly some larger ranches were allowed to keep enough to get started again. The less fortunate were allowed nothing. That was the day my family experienced poor. No business did this. Our own government did. Unemployment remained in double digits until after the war. War years didn't count. There was actually a second downturn during FDR's 3rd term. Soldier's were told at wars end not to expect any work at home due to war production coming to and end. Fortunately Congress overturned much of FDR's policy's and Truman was stopped from nationalizing the railroads, although he did succeed in forcing private phone companies to merge into one. We know what a disaster that was. Despite the governments bleak forecast we experienced the biggest economic boon in history. All the government had to do was get out of the way.

My dad was a young man and my mom a child when the depression hit. Neither got to go to college but went to work to help support the family ( no welfare etc during the depression) families all moved in together in the biggest house. Women did stitching washing cooking cleaning etc to make a little money cause not many jobs for women. My Grandfathers both still had work cause one worked on train maintenance and one was a fireman. So our family bought food for their siblings family took it to them if they weren't living with them. They fixed everything themselves, grew some food also. My grandpas and dad knew how to do everything because of it carpentry car repair plumbing electrical repair etc. They lived near the port and rail line and people came to the door asking for food often and my grandmas would make a sandwich for them. Lot of people in our family lost their property snd farms businesses cause they couldn't pay the taxes. These same people did later get jobs and a home so made it through. It did change people. My parents never wasted anything as a result. We had jars ( my sister and I continued the practice also) you save nuts bolts nails screws rubber bands wire string everything and anything you might need in the future, wrapping paper ribbon rags nothing is wasted( cause there was no money to buy stuff. Also people helped their neighbors and friends, loaned each other stuff or helped fix things. Made us all frugal and aware all can change in an instant so make long range plans and help others. My young nephew was trained to be the same. So not all bad

My parents grew up during the Depression and both of them lived in small town rural areas of Ohio. They said they always had dairy products bought or traded locally and the grocery store also sold meat that was produced by local cattle farmers prepared by a butcher who would cut your meat to order right off the side of beef in the refrigerator/cooler. Same with pigs and chickens, all produced locally. Their garden was four times as big as a house. My Grandma was gardening most of the time in the late spring, summer right into fall. They had a lot of corn, tomatoes, squash, beans, strawberries, lettuce, carrots. She could grow anything. And they preserved everything in Mason jars. Of course my mom and dad were right there too helping in the garden when out of school. Mom said there was always lots of flowers planted around the garden. So people kept right on bartering or giving away food to each other all the way through the Depression. Both my mom and dad agreed that the Depression wasn't nearly as bad for them as some people had it.

Yes, there have been ET visitations. There have been crashed craft. There have been material and bodies recovered. There has been a certain amount of reverse engineering that has allowed some of these craft, or some components, to be duplicated. And there is some group of people that may or may not be associated with government at this point that have this knowledge. They have been attempting to conceal this knowledge. People in high level government have very little, if any, valid information about this. It has been the subject of disinformation in order to deflect attention and create confusion so the truth doesnt come out.

My grandparents became. Wealthy during the Depression! They owneda small gas station and Grandma took 5, 000 and bought tires for the station! Grandpa argued that's a fortune to hand over! She said people will keep their cars and buy tires? All over the lot of station were hundreds of tires at a fair price. They came from all over for her tires! She took money for land and food to feed neighbors every Sunday with chicken dinners she made. They retired wealthy at. 40

The great depression WAS NOT caused by the stock market crash. That happened prior to things going horribly bad. The banks failing is what caused the great depression. This happened after the stock market crash. It's amazing how the banks have pushed this myth that it wasn't them, that it was the stock market. 3% of Americans owned stock in 1929 so the crash didn't affect many people. But almost everyone lost their life savings when the banks failed.

My grandmother, had two small children in eastern Oklahoma during the depression, a dog ran by caring a steers leg bone in it's mouth, she commented to the kids, that dog is eating better than we are, she chased the dog down, got the leg bone for stew, she and my granddad soon after headed to Colorado, began to share crop, eventually buying a farm, living extremely frugal, retiring very successful and financially well off,

My gma was a child in the depression. Her father owned the local grocery store. She said her family was fine. However she did remember her father putting food on tab at his cost because people couldnt eat and he felt it was cruel not to help them. Food that was going to go bad soon was given freeley to the elderly and families with children. She said every single person on tab eventually paid their Bill's when things turned around.

FDR was an adulterer, to the point that Eleanor moved out of the White House. FDR knew one year ahead of time the planned bombing of Pearl Harbor; he ordered the aircraft carriers out to sea, and the battleships in to Pearl. Americans were isolationist, and FDR deceived Americans by claiming to be one as well. He served three terms as President long enough to bring America to its knees.

Franklin Roosevelt prolonged the depression, increased the debt, and did not lower unemployment in 8 years. FDRs Folly. 1: 11: 00, this economist, is pretty deaf dumb and blind, she doesn't know how Japan's debt saturation, keep printing money to buy its own bonds. and Paul Krugman quantitative easing-- the left got it wrong. Milton Friedman, printing money leads to inflation.

We now in the USA are experiencing the beginning of that perfect storm that was apparent. Fuel costs, food costs, housing costs, vehicle costs, and also food may be very sparse due to the trucking problems, and the way the farmers are being held hostage. It's almost like a planned thing. Many see this and have already homesteaded and bought their cow and started their garden.

Here we are in 2022 with Brandon taking us right back to the 1920's - 30's. He is laser focused on destroying this country. He and all other politicians won't suffer at all, but the American people will suffer greatly. Don't believe for one microsecond that your government cares about you. It doesn't. We are completely on our own. Get used to it.

My stepfather the same result and my mother would get angry with me if I bought tomatoes when the price went up. Also called Supply and Demand. We are getting gouged today buy raising the price of the essentials we can't do with out such as Gas. Scripture warns, The wealthy own the money and the borrower is slave to the lender.

The New Deal was the start of socialism here. That President closed his eyes to what was occuring in Europe while people were being incenerated by the millions. Our country is much more resilant WITHOUT all these handouts. Look around. does throwing money after bad money really do anything for anyone except to CRIPPLE.

Some advice for 2022 - avoid taking on debt, dont put all your savings into a speculative market and instead diversify your investments in physical assets such as gold, and silver etc. Spend on necessities, learn to grow your own food. Stock up.
