I did roughly 100 squats in 30 mins and literally about died. My pee was straight black, I couldn't walk at all without being in excruciating pain. Ended up staying in the hospital for week while they pumped me with saline. Never again-

I once hired a trainer to help me get in shape and keep a balanced weight. The morning after my first session with him, my thighs were swollen and rock hard and stayed that way for 48 hours.

Everyone who does 1000 squats gonna be hospitalized and there is, Asta and Saitama who could do squats and push-ups more than 2000 and even don't get tired of that sickin' routine

Everyone: - I do 100 squats and can't move for some days
Asians: -(as punishment for not doing work gets to do 100+ sit-ups) and still able to walk freely without any stress.

I would die of exhaustion if I attempted to do that. I also prefer just sitting on my a-- gaming (or eating) all day.
