It'd be the most advantageous position for them to take. We can't destroy our Moon without destroying ourselves. We can't invade without it costing billions while simultaneously having almost zero chance of success. It's a close outpost for them to visit Earth from. It has the potential to block and intercept communication to the outside Universe. If they can move it we'd be completely at their mercy.
The only other tactical position would be beneath our feet, although with what their UFO are capable of I wouldn't be surprised in they sometimes walk around among us.

And we haven't even mentioned the fact that some people have taken a trip around the far side of the moon and witnessed a -weird alien music from space- while at the far side. Yes but the same exact thing happened the day they landed, so NASA says it-s the result of interference between the radio in the Lunar Module and the one in the Command Module. Nevertheless, this would be quite unrealistic without mentioning this story

Neil Armstrong has in fact said (Not Publicly because he and his whole family was threatened to be killed if spoken about) that was a fleet of a thousand or more ET Space Crafts on the Far side of the moon and during the moon landing that they felt being watched. If aliens were found to live on the Moon, it would be a significant discovery and would likely have a major impact on our understanding of the universe and our place in it. Is it just me or am I starting to believe that aliens are actually hiding on the moon, I just have the feeling thats the case. I'm also starting to believe that due to there technology way beyond ours, im believing that they are watching us from high to low.
