What if America was a Third World Nation? Part 2. Judith: There is no correlation between democracy and development: the US might have become far more really democratic actually and the lack of consumer goods to buy off social peace might have resulted in the American oligarchy being far less capable of emptying political life of all significance: there would be three main parties instead of only two with the Progressives applying the doctrine of Henry George and each of these three main parties would have had a left wing as well as a middle of the road one and a right one. The democrats would be for state governments, the republicans for central government and the progressives for independent rural communes. The Black problem could have been solved much earlier and much more effectively: in a more agricultural economy they would have cultivated more land and contributed much more to the production of food. There would have been no ghetto criminal subculture. Most poor Whites would not have been interested by racism resulting in Blacks being somewhat mocked as more loutish and superstitious like Bretons in France but no more. Everyone being forced to do physical work to survive would have resulted in less racism. The chattering classes would have enjoyed far less prestige and authority.

I have to disagree with you on the US's misconcepted 100% importance in WW2. While yes it played a key role in beating the German Reich, it was already too late for the Germans when the Americans entered. The Soviets managed to turn the war in their favor and start reconquering lost territory, and with the British defeating the Germans in the sea the Germans were basically cornered without proper fuel to supply their Panzer Tanks, the only thing they had that could really decimate the Soviet endless infantry. As well, the Soviets have been honestly underestimated for their importance against the Japanese. When the Americans managed to capitulate the Japanese, the war against a semi-United China had started to stagnate and the Soviets had nearly pushed Japan off it's mainland colonies. While it is debatable if the Soviets could conquer the seas of Japan, a possible invasion through Sakhalin could mean Soviet dominance over all of Asia. Basically, it wouldn't stagnate in the event of America being weak, moreover just end up with a whole lot more Soviet casualties and a world Dominated by Communism. A sad world indeed.

Argentina Was a rich country during the first half of the XX century, and his gold era was during the 20s because Alvear was a great president and bring a lot of investment in our country, and the economy was having a gradual industrialization, and export were more diverse like in oil with YPF and there was manufacturing exports also Alvear bring hundreds of industries to the country. That was his golden age with most of the citizens with cars, high education, a big middle class, industrialization in process, immigration, economy grow and exports in other areas that wasn't agriculture. So I disagree with you on the subject that those year were bad to Argentina. The problem with Argentina started during the 30s when we had dictatorships, military governments, with government throwing our money in innesesari things, debts that we couldn't paid, inflation destroying our money and no more free trade

TL; DR, you seem to over estimate the effects of the USA on Canada.
Americans settled English speaking Canada/Ontario. Okay sure, maybe like a small fraction, but by no means did they make or break the Canadian population at the time. If you're right, then all of our government/historical censuses/textbooks/what we learn in school are wrong. Our culture isn't so similar to northern USA because of you guys moving here, it has to do with a lot of other factors, possibly including that one factor, but it damn sure isn't the only reason. I'd rather Americans go back to not thinking about us at all than getting such glaring facts wrong.

I dont think that the Entente would win WW1. Without a strong economy and navy there wouldnt have been many soldiers to help the brits. And the population also wouldnt be nearly as huge as in our timeline. America was the place to go to start a new life and business because of the freedom there. Many Germans fleed to America after the failed revolution of 1848. that wouldnt happen in this timeline. Maybe they flee to other countries maybe not. So the Population of america would be around 40 million in 1914 instead of 100 in our timeline

Wait 1930s dictators in the americas? OH GOD HUEY LONG IN 3RD WORLD AMERICA actually that might improve things. Jackass is eternally on my mind scince discovering kaiserreich but still he basicly is a good 3rd world american dicator.
More importantly how do the Nazi's come to power? Would britian and france and to a lesser extent america even want a Weinmar republic? Wouldnt it make more sense to install their own aristocracies? Making it Entente vs soviet WW2? and Enente vs soviets or Entente Vs japan cold war?

Wow this video has so many flaws
1. The great migration that America experienced in our timeline would never happen. Other countries like Australia, New Zealand, chile or Argentina would be the new primary migrant destination instead.
2. The entente would lose ww1 if America was a 3rd world country
3. The Great Depression wouldnt have happened without the American stock market. This means no Nazis
4. At this point this Szenario is pretty much senseless

I don't think that the war with Germany will be the stalemate. Germans didn't have much resources to maintain their war industry and the britts bombed the germans pretty well. Actually without US the war with Germany would last 2 years more but at the end Soviets could liberate more lands from Germany and create a much bigger socialist bloc (maybe create some sort of Commicon but in the most of European scale)

The atom bomb didn't end the war in our timeline! Japan was about to surrender, and both the Americans and the Soviets knew this. America killed hundreds of thousands of civilians by bombing two cities as a show of military might, a threat against the Soviet Union or anyone else who would wish to stand against America. Like the myth that the atom bombings of japan won the war is so widespread it's crazy.

I would be amazing if you could make a video of What if the USA hadn't established the dictators in Latin America and how would those countries be like today I'm chilean so I guess it would be interesting to see what would that be like from a point of view thats not so directly involved in it.
