I applaud the chef for his PPE use but Andrew was less than 2 feet from the guy, and no mask. Undeniably dangerous.

Everyone knows the best way to eat fried chicken is when it s 3AM you just woke up and you take out the cold take away box out of the refrigerator and just dig in, hot sauce is optional. So I guess this restaurant kind of pioneered the idea

I would have prefered it If He Had tasted one while They were fresh And Then another when It was cold. So we would have Gotten that comparison as Well. Not only If the cold one tasted as good as the one He Had in the past.

cold chicken with cold dumplings. my grandpa and mom always made it. I liked it better cold because it's way more flavorful. GREAT for breakfast. so yeah I get that gelatinous part and it wasnt even battered. It was boiled.

I really like Andrew on his own in these videos, recreating the recipes. Also. damn, that chicken looks so good. I want to try to make it but it's so labor intensive.

Interesting. I like cold fried chicken because when you reheat fried chicken normally it loses any crispy texture it once had. I'd be interested to try.
