This Is How Mochi Donuts Are Made chicken: I ve been getting these at Modo Donuts in Hawaii & Los Angeles, they are best to eat when they are freshly made, literally minutes after. If you wait for more than that, the texture is no longer the same. It s still going to be good, but the texture when it s fresh of the line hits different.

Does anyone have the recipe for these type of mochi donuts? The traditional recipe that's available only uses mochiko but I think these ones are a hybrid of wheat and rice, to get this specific texture.

This is how mochi donuts are made. Literally watched 3 minutes of Instagram videos of everything BUT how these donuts are actually made. Thanks anyway I guess.

These are really delicious! They sell them nearby my home and we always get 2 dozens of these in different flavors (whichever is available in the store i go to)
