there were 3 things in the black hole before the main guy.
1. cat
2. friend

what info can we take from this
well, the cat and the friend must have somehow found some form of sustenance in the void in order to survive.
the friend doesn't seem to be there.
did he starve
did the cat eat him
well, there seems to be no remains of the friend in the void, suggesting the cat either ate his corpse or his body.
in a matter of days a human dies from dehydration.
so we can assume that the man died before being consumed, as i doubt the cat would've got THAT hungry before 2-3 days.
it seems that about a year has passed in the time between the cat and friend joining the void, and the main guy joining the void. so the cat must've been there alone for about a year, obviously the cat would probably have to ration the friend's body, and it would be tough, but it's a little cat and they've got a whole human to eat, so they'd be fine.
however, how did the cat stay hydrated
well, one might say the cat drank the friend's blood but while this is better than nothing, one can only last a few days like this.
Another approach is to say the cat drank the friend's brain and spinal fluid, which would be a better choice, but there's not much to last a year.
this leaves us with the cum tissues.

answer, sadly no, the cum would've dried out.
however, there is one final possibility.
if we assume the cat is male then this may work, and we'd have to change our view on the story as we know it.

now it was the friends turn, the cat lay reluctantly with his legs splayed, he winced, but he knew it was the only way.
they lived like this for months, taking turns, fueling eachother with the precious man juice.
but finally the day came, after about a year of getting sucked, the friend was finally dried up, he fell to the floor, weak and frail.
he whispered to his best friend, the cat:
yes, you know what to do, the time has come, i love you my brother
and with a single tear, the cat slowly began consuming the man's body, bit by bit, down to the bone.
just as he had finished, the cat's owner appeared, he informed the man that his friend starved, and he had nearly completely decomposed.
as the man saw his friends bare skeleton, he said to the cat, it's ok, i never liked him anyway
the cat happily purred and nestled in the man's lap.
and while he sat in the perfect position, the cat whispered eerily to the man, only two words:
You're next.

Interestingly enough, it's the distance from the singularity (where gravity becomes infinite) that determines the point at which you would be stretched out into a long string of atoms. Basically, you'd be spaghettified long before you crossed the event horizon of a black hole as small as this, whereas it would take you days (maybe even up to a week) for you to be spaghettified after crossing the event horizon of the largest black holes we've discovered.

The Black Hole is his inner struggles inside his heart. Not being happy, doubts in every day life that created that unhappiness has pushed away his friends and closed ones, It pushed away his girl friend. The part that wants happiness has become a silent and had to watch everything slip away from his life. And in the end he was alone.
Doesn't look much like a sci-fi.

Fun premise, I personally would have thrown some stuff in and then boxed it in for safety and immediately started a trash removal service for anything and everything, especially toxic stuff people would pay a lot to get rid of.

What i feel is that he is in depression (blackhole) and the cat is the only hope for him. He started using a lot tissue papers to fill the blackhole after his girlfriend left him

I don't know if the writers have any idea about how massive black holes are. The black hole with just 9mm radius has same mass with earth and this one's gravity should be bigger than earth itself.
