How is PC gaming connected to cryptocurrency, and what is going on with GPU prices? Let's take a look Quoss: more like ic technology market has had it easy so far but now in 2021 it will be coming onto hard challenges. nano sheet transistors seem to be easier to produce than nano wire variants and they can contain vertical logic stacks. this sort of thing will give morse law a few more generations after 3nm but if you want to go further in morse law and efficiency rather than just crank up the GHz you need to stack tiny ICs on thermo optic pins and go optical. Simply put big chips aren't nimble enough to adapt quickly to an evolving IC industry. As far as the gpu market is going old stuff will still be cheap new stuff will fill a widening economic demand where by new low watt smaller devices will inch in more to what can be achieved on a small device and the power user modules will always broaden the horizon.

PC gamers should be happy the cryptocurrency miners are buying lots of graphics cards... because that money flowing into the graphics cards business will translate into more and more R&D to build better graphics cards for the future, which everyone -- including PC gamers -- will get to enjoy!
Yeah... it definitely sucks if you're a person who can't find a GPU to buy because the supply is limited (especially right now in 2020), but it's probably good for PC gamers overall in the long-term.

There is only one reason why Nvidia keeps pushing up their prices every launch, it's because they realized that they can get away with it. They have no competition (except for AMD but their cards aren't quite as good. Graphics cards prices are ridiculously high, and either people need to stop buying their cards (which isn't gonna happen) or they need to have competition stealing their customers, like if AMD released graphics cards that were just as good for cheaper.

The only reason why GPUs are too expensive is that companies wants to push the players to buy more consoles, Consoles means Limited framrates, No hacking the game, no modding communities, no cracking games, you just go and buy games and play it, and that's all they want you to do !

This is a huge opportunity for nvidia, they can build dedicated mining cards and sell them to crypto miners so they stay away from our gaming cards, thats my solution

So this is basically like being an uber driver for a high end gaming pc owner, and instead of screwing taxi drivers, they are screwing the pockets of pc gamers.

I- guessing it will crash because the price will go up to a point where no body will invest anymore when you are greedy things will start to go wrong
