Haven't finished the video yet, but Scorbunny is great for a first run pretty much all the way through, not just the first gym: About half of the gyms consist of types weak to fire. The only two the evolution line may struggle against are the ground and water type gyms. However, most Pokemon in the ground gym are weak to fire, but Scorbunny's evolution line is weak to majority of the moves used in that gym, so a double-edge sword essentially. That, and it learns a handful of fighting type moves which do well mixed with fire type, in my experience. Just thought I'd throw this out there.

Played previous Pokemon games but those previous gen games have drained me from all the tedious xp grinding, this game is easier on my ADD brain since the pokemons in your party all share xp, you can get xp candies, and campjng gives you xp, so grinding for me doesnt end up being such a task,
I find it funny how you can end up being ten to thirty lvls ahead of gym leaders or even Hop.
There are a couple nitpicks I can mention about the game however, but in the grand scheme of yhings this game gets a biased score of 8.5/10 for me, my non-biased score? Probably a solid 7/10

You are wrong you should take grookey the grass Pokemon because you'll find scorbunny in when you get a terrible mystery Pokemon egg so everyone knows to shoot Milky Way you can get every Jordan shoe Pokemon easily Sinjin the Pokemon

Man I just cant even get into any game on the switch I honestly kinda regret buying it. Nintendo has really fallen in the last few years. At least on the 3ds games use to go on sale.

One you can get the three starters from Kanto to get Bulbasaur or Squirtle you just go to the isle of Arma and for Charmander you just become the champion
