10 comebacks in video games we begged for
video description
If you are interested here are some Ideas I have that I think would have improved the game:
-Using the bioms to an advantage. We have multiple bioms but the dungeon bosese are all very similar. Use those bioms to your advantage make me care about defeating the boss, make the reason I defeat it clearer and a bit more dramatic. Have the villagers be aware of the problem.
- Sandbox. It feelt more like a sandbox openworld. Like I said I didn't care about the story. Links friends are already dead and those whom are present don't seem to be afraid about the devine beasts. Fear is what binds us against an enemy and courage to deal with it gives purpose. In short the story should have been better.
-Lastly many npcs feel in the skyrim trap. Like why do I care about you, do you change when I do this (no) will this be exolered more deaply or does this npc have a motvie and will this impact a chanin reaction. Moastly the awnser of this is no it won't. Plus the game was super lonely, or did you guys play with someone else and run to them when you found something else.
I would have liked a snarky, sarcastic, but in the end nice companion such as Midna from Twilight Princess. At least the option to have one and have the relationship grow. I mean they made it in TP. Zelda was not less important than Midna in any way. Plus the Npcs in HP develops as you play. They help each other out during missions, informs the player about future plans which they act on. Thanks for reading and have a pleasant day/night.

I love many of your top 10 videos, especially those about open-world and non-linear narrative games, which appeal to me. If you're looking for ideas of what viewers might like to see, I have some ideas of what I, as someone new to gaming, would like to see:
- New to gaming, and don't know what genres of games you like? Try these first.
- Some videos exploring/discussing the differences between game genres. E. g, what is the difference between 1st and 3rd person games? (There are obvious technical differences. but I would be interested in hearing your and others' views on how those technical differences translate into different gaming experiences. In a similar vein, it would be interesting to explore the differences between linear and non-linear narrative games, and how these translate into different gaming experiences. And likewise for other genres, perhaps (e. g, comparing roguelike, soulslike, etc. These might appeal primarily to newcomers to gaming, but maybe not -- after all, film experts enjoy discussing the differences between horror and thrillers.

if you think about it, both metroid and devil may cry could actually be put on this list 2ce. many thought metroid was a dead franchise considering the decade long gap between metroid 2 and prime. prime basically resurrected metroid from it being a dead franchise while also taking it into a completely direction from what we saw from the originals. and many fans thought dmc was gonna die after how much of a disappointment the 2nd game was which is still considered to be the worst game of the main line series by far. the 3rd game literally helped turn dmc from being a failed capcom franchise to being 1 of capcoms most beloved franchises

As an endgame player of ff14. i was surprised this was on the list. Mmorpgs are still pretty niche and i also had my reservations playing the game. but after thousands of hours in the game over 8 years. i really do understand why the game works. i mean yoshida literally brought down the moon and destroyed the world in order to get things back on track. And the last two expa sions have been some of the best writing, gameplay and moments in gaming history. There isnt even a debate about that. It is objectively true. The greatest story ever told was told after the end of the world, and im still loving every damn moment of it.

Breath of the wild is a fantastic game BUT, que the rage, zips hazmat suit up,
It felt empty, it literally felt like they made this beautiful world and just copy pasted the content across the board.
For the naysayers who want to say WELL, you didn t actually get the whole experience, I have 100% regular mode, and am currently working on master mode, i have all the DLC, and have done Everything possible in the game. The replayability just isnt there for me, especially without the dungeons, I mean the beasts were cool, once, now they are just annoying, as is most of the content.

Driver series shouldve make a comeback because they went off the radar ever since and i'm sure the devs (id think now UbiReflections) wanted too but theyre too afraid to try at least one more. Best chances for em (if that happened) to make a remake on the first one with a proper and better storyline for Tanner and the rest of the story or something like Parallel Lines either both will focusing only on one setting (like NYC for example) and Cars/Bikes/Boats (maybe) No needs to be licensed well to safe huge amount of budgets.

RE5 is my favourite! RE6 showed so much character progression showing all the new skills our favourite characters had learnt, I don't see why people hate it so much. Resident evil has a continuous story characters grow if they were doing the exact same from the original game then there would be a problem.
Look at god of war kratos used to be unstoppable but now he's so weak and slow with combat but apparently that's good while the cast of RE became better and that's bad?

Marvel vs Capcom 3. After 10 years of waiting we finally got a sequel to one of the best arcade fighters ever made. Marvel versus Capcom 3 was the best console fighter of its time. This game was also the first game I ever actually competed in tournaments before. I was too young to enjoy the arcade experience as a kid but as a full grown adult with a car and money, I went everywhere. Best time of my life.

XCOM! I was so disappointed to hear their next game is going to be a marvel game with a card system. The dlc bugs on XCOM 2 deterred me from beating it, but the modern enemy unknown/within and XCOM 2 are two of my all-time favorite games. Literally relationship ending lol. Prince of Persia sands of time was amazing too

I know I'm in the minority but breath of the wild ruined Zelda. It no longer has any resemblance to Zelda to me. Other than your link. All I want now from Zelda are remasters for 4K and 16: 9 aspect ratio that can run at 60 frames a second. OK I know the nintendo doesn't do 4K but I'm hoping the next one will.

An honorable mention should be No Mans Sky. Six years ago from yesterday, the game released as a complete letdown from what Hello Games had promised. But instead of doing nothing or abandoning the game, they decided to redeem themselves and created a whole new world, hell a whole new universe for No Mans Sky
