10 Mini Bosses Stronger Than The Hardest Bosses In Video Games Johnny: Can someone answer a question? I have Series X and PS5 both. I watch HBO Max on Series X and HBO Max has many movies with Dolby Atmos ( I also have a Dolby Atmos headset. I know I can watch HBO Max movies and enjoy the 3D audio when they have Dolby Atmos featured in those movies, BUT, can I also get 3D audio on HBO Max via PS5 since PS5 has 3D audio? I do know Dolby Atmos is NOT on PS5 though. so if Series X my best bet to enjoy 3D audio while watching HBO Max with Dolby Atmos?

The Blob in Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines counts, I'd say. That's not its name but I'm trying to stay spoiler-free here, you know the one I mean if you've played it. It's technically optional, though the only way to avoid it means you ARE getting the worst ending. Combat really is not this game's strong point, so most bosses have some fun ways to knock off big chunks of hp instead of standard attacks, but not this one, you just have to chip away.
Some of the other sidequest bosses count too, like Bishop Vick. Other non-boss enemies can be surprisingly tough too, like anything that does NOT use guns.

I know this doesn t really count and not too many people even played it on master ninja. Master Ninja difficulty level of Ninja Gaiden Black from OG Xbox. Yes it s back playable if you can buy a disc. Graphics and gameplay will be suitable for today. Every boss on this difficulty is crazy hard. So many people talk about DS series and beyond now, rightfully so, but to me this game on master ninja is still one of the hardest I ve played. Then try the second one on same difficulty. I honestly like the first game better

FIX YOUR CHAPTER NAMING!
0: 14 [Returnal] Malformed Typhonops (for some reason, called Triceratops in the video)
1: 23 [Resident Evil 4] Chainsaw Sisters
2: 41 [Borderlands 2] Saturn
3: 36 [Mortal Kombat] Goro
4: 31 [God hand] Great Sensei
5: 36 [Megaman X] Thunder Slimer
6: 50 [Super Castlevania IV] Slogra
7: 55 [Zelda: Ocarina of Time] Dark Link
8: 40 [Bloodborne] Shark-Giant
9: 41 [Metroid Prime 2: Echoes] Boost Guardian

Honestly for me the Wither from Minecraft is on this list. The game hypes up the fight with the Ender Dragon so much but doesn't tell you that the Wither is arguably much harder to defeat than the Ender Dragon.
The Wither shoots projectiles/explosive attacks way more often than the Ender Dragon, it causes more destruction and overall is just much more of a hassle to fight than the 'final boss' of Minecraft.

Just finished God of War 3 recently and the timing for the topic is perfect. I encountered a really hard mini boss fight near the end of the game against a cerberus and that 1 satyr, I kid you not that took me much more time than beating the final boss. It was so frustrating to the point that after I looked for walkthrough videos everyone on the comments agreed about the same sentiment.

#5 a nifty trick i discovered:
IF you beat Spark Mandrill before that slime boss, IT CAN'T SHOOT LIGHTNING!
in fact, the whole level is easier, no electrified floors, dark rooms instead.
and a similar trick, beating Chill Penguin before entering Flame Mammoth's level also makes that entire level easier, ALL the lava will be frozen!

2nd Croco fight in Super Mario RPG. If you haven't learned to not skip battles in a Square game and just rush through the levels, he will trounce you in the mole mines. What makes him more difficult than the final boss is that he takes your items away during battle, forcing you to limit those Geno boosts, and HP Rains.

I honestly don't remember what build I used my last playthrough of bloodborne, but I know I waited until I'd finished all but the final boss and I'd finished every chalice dungeon before doing the DLC, and everything was super easy.
Bloodborne dlc isn't something to do late game if you want a challenge.

I was expecting to see Sephiroph from KH1 in this list, he has so much HP and so high stats his health bar doesn't go down for a while and he has attacks that can either one hit you or put you at deaths door. Oh and you have to fight him without Donald and Goofy who you can normally cheese fights with

I was waiting to see Bloodborne on this list but the fight I was thinking of is the Bloody Crow of Cainhurst. That fight was absolutely brutal and he's technically not a boss. I totally forgot about the sharks in the well, I don't think I've ever beaten them now that I think about it lol

I assume Amon from the Yakuza/Judgement franchise doesn't make it to list.
He's not just stronger than the most hardest bosses, he's one of THE Strongest Bosses in Video games period.
But i guess he technically doesn't count cus he's not a Mini Boss so i am probably wrong.

reply

#8 Saturn isn't that difficult if you retreat back to the building and use it for cover.
Then just run back and forth between two corners, as he will be looking at where you last were, thus giving you some time to get some shots off on him.

Yah honestly the last 2 or 3 returnal bosses were pretty easy. The mini bosses were harder cause they vary their patterns. Took me a long time to get through biome 3 but breezed past the last half of the game
reply

nah fam UMK3 motaro, he'd jump all over the screen and each single move that hit would take 1/4- 1-6 of your hp, Shao kan was a joke if you knew how to beat him, that being the back leg kick
