Resident evil 4 remake: 10 biggest changes

Knife: My concern is, does it lose durability when you use it to break boxes. I mean, that is essentially all it was really for in the original game. It was ineffectual as a weapon. I'll take an ineffectual weapon over one that is effective but breaks because I didn't want to waste a bull to get into a box or to avoid being bitten by a snake.
I can't wait for this game. RE4 is one of my favorites, I have played it a bunch of times, including on the PC using the community HD texture packs.

so the LASER flips and wall run scenes is now gone! GET LOST! you do know very well, the LASER QTE is the best part of the game altogether! yes it lasts for few seconds, but they were EPIC!

I dont really get why alot of peoples hate

And the walk segments in games.
For the former, I feel like they add alot of stress to the play, like if you miss one button you gonna screw a fight or something,
Not overdoing it but when its well done its good.
And for the latter i think it makes the game more realistic and kinda gives you a break from running and shooting.
Unless you have adhd of course and wanna smash every button from start to finish

Adding unnecessary durability to games is a major turn off for me. I really hate this change, and it sounds like it's going to only negatively impact gameplay as usual.
I might also be the only one, but I also really don't like the addition of a storage box, making hard choices for your inventory was part of the charm, and risk, involved with gameplay.

I'm so damn hyped that I can barely contain myself, plus since I'll be starting on the Resident Evil 3 Remake, as soon as I'm done playing Little Nightmares 2, and possibly going back to Dragons Dogma just to go and spend some time in Bitterblack Isle, I'll be hyped even more for Resident Evil 4.

I'm so damn hyped that I can barely contain myself, plus since I'll be starting on the Resident Evil 3 Remake, as soon as I'm done playing Little Nightmares 2, and possibly going back to Dragons Dogma just to go and spend some time in Bitterblack Isle, I'll be hyped even more for Resident Evil 4.

I HATED RE4
I played it day one on GC and as a RE fan that played all the survival horror, I was disappointed to have to play a mediocre TPS action game.
Now while I am in no rush to play REMake 4, I dont mind it being an action TPS as I know what I will be getting myself into.

Wait, they changed the Merchant's voice in Resident Evil 4! That's it, I'm canceling my pre-order. I can't imagine hearing anyone else say 'What're ya buyin'? ' or 'Stranger, stranger, now that's a weapon! ' Looks like we're sticking to the original game with potato graphics, folks

So they're remaking Resident Evil 4. again? At this rate, Leon Kennedy is going to have more remakes than birthdays. I wonder if they'll add a new boss fight where Leon has to face his biggest challenge yet: a room full of typewriters with no ink ribbons in sight.

Hope it comes with the extra content the original had I believe mercenaries was hinted at in the last state of play but also would like Ada separate ways and there s was another Ada thing I believe in the original I can t remember it though.

RE4 is one of my all time favorites. I remember buying a used gamecube at gamestop just for that one game. That being said I hate how they made Leon look. He kinda looks like a chick from behind. Hopefully they have some skins for OG Leon.

Was definitely one of the folks that was apprehensive about an RE4 remake given my fondness for the original (I've bought it like five different times, but I am super stoked about what I've seen and am ready for this game to surprise me.

Finally spoiled it for myself and decided to watch gameplay I instantly noticed the Spanish voice actors don t sound as scary when they say things like Detras de ti imbecil I m not reacting how I usually do with RE4

On my perspective, getting rid of Ashley's health bar kind a break the point of protecting and saving her. If there's a mode that could gave her a health bar, like if it's in professional mode, it's good then.
