10 Most Dangerous In-Game Worlds We All RAN AWAY FROM paradsecar: The optional Via Infinito level from Final Fantasy X-2 was just about the worst for me, or anyone trying to 100% the game. Not only are you gifted with 100 cloisters (floors) of tough enemies, but every 20 floors greets you with a hard boss, culminating at the 100th floor with TWO bosses with no chance to heal in between. Oh, and the final boss is Trema, which might be my least favorite boss battle of all time. Seriously, to say that watching that jerk die after (many) multiple attempts was satisfying is the understatement of the early aughts.

lake of rot is a joke, its a flat space with barely anything in it. you can have infinite rot cleanses at that point and also can just teleport before you die. pathfinding is not an porblem there also as its bright as day, no obnstacles and only 1 real path. any other swamp in any other prior souls game is more challenging

Look, I used to get mad playing pong, my cat knows now to leave my lap and head to another room when I'm playing video games screaming and slamming the controller, my cat Sox is a mean vicious mouser, I've seen him in action, no mercy, but video games, dads the crazy one, it's funny he runs

I m a dude that beat sens fortress with age of sunlight (a difficulty enhancer mod for ds1) but ended up
restarting my playthrough cause I didn t have the challenge stone enabled (gives most enemies and all bosses several new attacks) i than proceeded to beat it with the stone

Dead island it s not a good game. The next game I definitely won t play. I don t like fallout franchise at all either. Ninja Gaiden I ve played and i60/40 like the game. Never heard of sub nautica. Looks like it sucks bad. Never liked final fantasy so all never will like that game SMH.

The Metro series comes to mind. I've never felt a more immersive sense of danger and dread than I did while venturing through various areas in the Metro games. That world is absolutely terrifying, and parts of it make Fallout 4's Glowing Sea feel like a walk in the park.

The Glowing Sea in Fallout 4 is no problem.
Its the ONLY area I wear Power Armor in. You just have to wait untill you can craft Lead Plated Power Armor.
So yes I did run from the Glowing Sea early on but I destroyed that area eventually.
Great dungeons there also.

I hated the underwater sections of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Those piranhas piss me off all the time. You have to hide in underwater grass while your oxygen is running out and they just tend to hang out right around you. Beatable of course, but annoying as hell.

There is a bonfire half through sens fortress. Right as soon as you go out side again with the giant throwing bombs at you go left up the stairs and look to your right there is a little are without any walls, go up it look down, there's your bonfire
reply

There is a bonfire in Sens fortress. When you climb up the fortress and finally make it outside where the Giant is throwing bombs, look for the ledge with the broken rail. Drop down and boom, there's a bonfire.

Hi Gameranx Love From Massachusetts are you guys Going to FanExpo? By any chance. Love Dead Island and so excited for the second one. Sen s fortress had me on the edge of my seat And kept me on my tip toes.
reply

Can you guys do a vid on games where running away from the battle/fight etc was better than fighting? Like fighting that instinct to fight said boss/enemy and it s not intuitive that running away is better.
reply

HAHAHA I never run away. I just forgot something at home and I have to get there as soon as possible otherwise the world would come to a full stop. See what I do for you all. ( that went way of the rails)

I played the OG ninja gaiden on xbox and omg that maze was something else. If people managed to not rage quit after the first boss then these lil flyings critters will definitly test you
reply

Dark Souls is full of poor design, which is a huge reason its so difficult. Sen's Fortress is a perfect example of horrible design by FROMsoft. That Ninja Gaiden maze was also horribly designed
