The PlayStation 5 is entering the later stages of its life cycle Like you said though, many people have just gotten their hands on a PS5 or PS5 slim, and there are still rumors of a PS5 Pro. PS4 is still a thing too. How much money do these people expect us to spend these days I can see why Apple comes out with three different smart phones every year. Some people just want a bare-bones model, some people need the iPhone Pro for business, and others just want the middle of the road option. I think that's where I would be, but I don't see how that applies to PlayStation or most other gaming consoles. I guess they had a good enough excuse during the last generation for a pro model with the emergence of 4K televisions and monitors, but even so, can you really see the difference with your own eyes once a certain resolution is reached It's the same thing with audio. The audio CD was supposed to be the be all end all of audio quality when it was released in the 1980s, and it still is. Streaming and digital downloads, although they're good enough, are just a compromise between audio quality and efficiency, and even though there are other high resolution audio formats like DVD audio and Blu-ray audio, your ears can only really hear so much. I just don't see how much further technology can progress, unless we seriously embrace augmented and/or virtual reality.

But theyre also the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned (to be fair I've been a PayLess/Walmart shoe person my entire 40 years on Earth, but not having to deal with laces is AWESOME.
They slip right on and off so easily. Hardest part of buying them was that I had my old shoes for SO LONG that I didnt really know my shoe size and guessed. thankfully I guess right. I'm a 9. 5, so bought 10s and they still fit well and man are they comfy.
Havent had a chance to water test them yet, but spring is fastly approaching already. $125 for shoes though. these things better last at LEAST 5 years.

At least at a point when we didn't know when it was coming. - And it's still fine and enjoyable. - So it doesn't matter that the PS5 is in the later stage of its life-cycle, that only means that it's just getting good, like with every platform ever. - People cry when it's not the best most amazing thing ever immediately.

I have the Xbox series S and I’m content and satisfied with it. I wanted a compact more conservative power efficient system that wasn’t a $1000 laptop, and most the games I like MicrosoftDevs optimize for me so I don’t spend an hour tweaking each game to specific hardware. Universal is always better for conservative budgets. That being said thank you to early access&beta testers on PC!

more polished and sim-cade extreme sports games need to happen. Shredders is amazing, hopeful for skate 4, a more realistic version of desenders would be great. Over the top sports games are played out. I'd rather see one sport done well then a bunch of sports done ok. Riders republic was a downgrade from steep in a lot of ways and i didn't even like steep all that much

if sony is not releasing any sequal to its exclusives that does not mean that we won't get wolverine or something first party exclusive right
we may get some of PS5 exclusives this year beacuse what i initially thought if till April 2025 sony is not releasing anything exclusive that means ps5 pro is not launching this november

Halo would be interesting because of the TV show I kind of like to know the real story, and to ps games there a lot of new games and dlc coming too, hope elden ring dlc comes out this year so long it takes to make I guess it will be a big one can't wait to play it. I already have to mutch games, so my pile of shame can finally be cut down a little.

Now I will agree, just hearing the ps5 is in its later stages as we prepare for ps6 makes me a bit sad. Now a big reason because of that is because ps5's were impossible to get your hands on for a long time. If I can walk in a store and buy a ps6 that will help the pain greatly. But please don't make us go through hoops again to get the new console

4 years console refresh 8 years new next gen console and when building a new pc want to build around or slightly higher then the console specs for the first 4 years and depending on the refresh upgrade, but the point of a pc is multi purpose as console is gaming / light low power media machine.

I guess that's just another reason for me not to get a ps5. I still haven't gotten one, but I'm more likely to get another switch before a ps5. With this news that the ps5 it nearly the end of it's cycle, just means I'll be waiting to get a ps6 instead (potentially)
Edit: I'm mostly a pc gamer in the forst place

Phil said that Starfield and Indian Jones are not of those 4 games, but didnt say they will never come to competitors.
He even said Exclusive games will be less and less in the future, so its safe to say once Starfield has all its DLC out, it will come to PS5 and Switch 2, but it wont be for a while.

It's pretty clear that they're going multiplatform. There are only 4 games for now, but there will be more. Xbox and Phil Spencer not denying all the rumors is just their way to lessen the backlash so that when they finally announce the 5th or 6th game to be coming to PS5, the backlash will be less.

I’m tired of being disappointed in PlayStation, irritated at Microsoft for being greedy pieces of S, having what corporate thinks is fun shoved in my face, and at this point I’m about ready to give up video games and focus on music. At least that brings me joy without conditions.

I’m not mad at ps5 getting exclusives I actually hate the idea of exclusives in the first place it just forces people to buy a console just for 1 or 2 games it’s kinda ridiculous. I just hope ps5 exclusives come to Xbox and pc as well, I’d like to see gt7 on pc.

Damn, one would expect Bandai Namco to be popping champagne and what not, after multiple success like Tales of Arise, Elder Ring, Armored Core VI and One Piece Odyssey and Tekken 8. Sure, there are some random stinkers but they shouldn't have cost much to produce anyway.

Sony says it isn't releasing anything before 2025, but horizon forbidden west at least is coming to PC in march, so they must mean just for the playstation itself.
I wish they'd hurry up and put ghosts of tsushima and I wish bloodbourne would make it's way to PC.

I wish the age of empires series came to Sony especially age of empires II age of kings I love that game and age of empires III in the Civil War days with the redcoats love it I miss those types of games now those types of games add heaps of other weird crap

I think console exclusives was a dumb concept to begin with. It doesn't make sense to me that a company would rather make a game playable on their console only, instead of tapping into the millions of other customers that play on other consoles

I'm hardout playing KINGDOM COME DELIVERANCE are youz able to do some info on it maybe see if there's gonna be a sequel I love that game so much its been my go to game everyday I can't get enough of it, I'm so hoping they do make a second one
