Man, if there is one thing that MK needs to bring back its memorable music. I feel like the graphics and presentation just keep getting better and better but for whatever reason the music kinda peaked with the PS2 games. I really don't care for all the atmospheric background tracks.

It seems to be worse than MK11. Graphics and sound the same, battlegrounds - worse (boring and less detailed than Mk11, brutality WOOOORSE! The game seems to be PG13, in comparison to Mk11 almost kids friendly. For me MK1 is just a cashgrab based on a know brand. 6/10 at max.

I've been playing Mortal Kombat since the Sega Genesis. My brother was always Scorpion and i was always Sub-Zero. He's been my favorite since the original Mortal Kombat. Every time i play as him it brings me back to being a kid in the living room playing with my big bro

The sound effects sound like there is a stone effect or something.
Everything sounds like rock hits the ground.
Pretty bad job on the sound department.
VISUALS and animations are amazing though.

I like that it's more similar to MK9. Environment graphics are def improved but character models are hit or miss. Also some animations and fatalities aren't as good as MK11 imo. Hope Kameo is optional too

Can somebody tell me how, apart from the graphics, this is better than the other fighters? Surely fighting games have hit their peak - apart from photorealistic graphics what more can they do?

feels really slow. even slower than MK11. which I wasn't a fan of. guess they're just going for looks more than gameplay. I hope they update the gameplay while they still can

One thing I-ve noticed is that there are no variations. Spamming the same combo with juggling to maximize damage might make this a hard pass for me.
