Remember when Liu Kang became the God of Fire AND lightning? What happened to his lightning powers? I think he poured his lightning power into the amulet because he knew he would meet mortal Raiden one day and wanted to give Raiden his powers back.

I like this game's story. Just one sad thing is hanzo is not the scorpion, kuai liang is and ends up marrying harumi and starts shirai Ryu (scorpion character ending. Ig hanzo either does not exist or he is living peaceful life somewhere else

It feels weird to see Liu Kang and raiden's role reversed. What's more Outworld is peaceful not ruled by a blood thirsty back stabbing dominatrax queen. Not that I-m complaining. Just an odd feeling.

I didnt like Raiden had to use a magic artifact to control lightning. Liu Kang trained with monks and could generate fire at will
