These are all pretty obvious and dare I say, self evident?
Not so obvious. Make sure you are capturing your video and audio in the best resolution possible. I always shoot in 'ALL-I' instead of 'IPB' with my Canon DSLRs. The quality difference is not readily apparent until you start editing and manipulating the material. Then a color push on ALL-I that works, will bring up a bunch of noise in IPB material.
I do confess, I am still learning how to light though.

6: 17 a lot of movies with noisy environments (helicopters, explosions, etc) do this.
It usually bothers me how poorly acted re-dubbing can sometimes be, like there could be a scene where the actors are standing near an idling helicopter and it looks like they're yelling at each other over the noise, but the re-dubbing makes them sound like they're calmly speaking to each other. Like the voices don't match their facial expressions at all.

Good tip for movie making that a lot of amatures forget.
YOU CAN STOP AND START RECORDING AGAIN AND NOBODY WILL NOTICE.
What I mean by this if you are filming someone or something, you can stop recording, having the actors stop moving and talking, move the camera, and resume recording making it seem like you are using multiple cameras.

1: 36 Micky-mouse logo lol.
Also, Trick #4 is really simple and easy! I never thought of that!
Another thing. Trick #7 is one that I have already known, and I think it is very important because many cinematographers use it and very few amateurs know they should be in some of their cinematic shots.

Disney did a whole lot better with Star Wars than George Lucas (excluding the original 3. Episodes I, II and III were genuinely some of the worst movies i have ever seen. George stopped taking it seriously: (

I've never seen one of your videos before, but after waiting near half the length of the video before you intro the video and actually do what your title says, might be my last.

Did you know that household lamps have a 1/4-20 post at the top to hold the shade? Can work in a pinch if you don't have a tripod handy.
