Is the eighth stuff pack expansion for The Sims 3 worth buying? What exactly does it include? How much disco, rap, and rock can you handle? This snarky review of 70s/80/90s Stuff answers these questions and more. - Buy this pack & other Sims 3 games on my game shop!

This pack is crap. -Warp your sims back in time-. How can I do that effectively if I can't even dress my teens and children in these clothes? No shoes or accessories either? Besides, this pack would be better if it had normal looking clothes from each decade. I rarely see anyone using this stuff on their sims anyway. Some of the clothes are like something from a music video. Like the 90s for example, should've had clothes inspired by My So Called Life or Clueless or something. Where are the mom jeans, the flannels, doc martens, platform shoes, tattoo chokers etc? What if I wanted to dress my sim like a spice girl? Ea could've done better.

What I hoped for in Sims 4 was a system that let you unlock new items over time. Like at first you only had the old bulky TVs and computers and after a few in play years you'd get access to the flat screens and laptops, then to the more SciFi elements. Of course they should have made it optional so you don't have to play that way if you don't like but to have that option woukd've been neat. I tried playing that way, but the fact that the other townies still have the items destroys the immersion. Can anyone recommend a mod that lets you limit the items townies can have?

What I like the most about your videos is that your sarcasm isn't based on some sort of raw shallow futile opinion. It really makes me think. I mean such remarks as -And in that case why even buy this pack, since imagination is free- are freaking genius! Keep up with the good job dude. you rock on it!

I personally really hope this is worth buying, as I haven't watched the whole video, but I do kinda want it for all the old looking 70's and 80's stuff. Now all this needs are like 50's and 60's stuff, because that's what I would really love.

I personally think they should make an expansion for the Sims 4 called 'Decades', or something like that. I would love to see that. Now how they would implement it, I have no idea. It's just something I would really like to see.

i just had an idea. if you have itg and -decades- 70s 80s and 90s you could create a sim using the clothes from that pack and put them in the future like they are from the 70s-90s but ended up in there

I remember my best friend give me this stuff pack as a gift, because the aesthetic rocker and punk. but she heistated becasue the Sims 4 were out and I wanted to buy it. But I love it

Would be even better if it was the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s stuff but called decades instead - but for it is, it-s still great and a good idea for a stuff pack, probably one of the best

EA: We are releasing 70's, 80's & 90's!
CC: But we are the only ones that provide afros for players.
One month after the stuff pack is released:
CC: Hahahahahahahaha!

It may as well have been called the Retro Stuff Pack (more ambiguous, then it wouldn't have been such a disappointment for the three decades this pack tried to represent.
