Review of the downloadable pack for The Sims 3: Deliciously Indulgent Bakery. What all does this new lot include? Is it worth the cash? What kind of metabolism does Duke Nukem have?

ya know what irks my chicken about soooooo many of the places you can send your sims? like say work or school or the hospital. you get the picture, is so darn many of them are rabbit holes. i like having my sim go into the gym sweat all over then vomit. i dont want to read about it. so not being able to go into the hospital with my expecting sim while she waits in line to get checked upor give birth just straight up sucks.
would you consider doing a vid on something like this? yay videos about add-ons

There is no reason these lots should ever have been more than $5. Worlds shouldn't have been more than $8-$10. These things are just a small part of the game, but costs almost half as much as the base game itself did. Add to that, Sims 4 has been out for some time now, and the Sims 3 has gone down in price. Why hasn't any of the store content gone down in price respectively?

The Sims 1 works on Linux now inside of Wine (you have to install Vulkan and DXVK to make it work)
And maybe there's a convenient installation script for it by using Lutris, if you don't want the manual steps.
Hopefully The Sims 1 Multiplayer will also be available someday, that would be awesome and send a message to EA of what customers really want

I would think that now Sims 4 is the mainstream Sims game that Sims 3 store content would get a massive discount or even made free, but nope! Still as expensive as ever! With that being said, still going to pick up some of the expansions I missed because those are, unlike this crap, actually discounted.

I was playing the sims 3 a couple days ago and I got an opportunity to make hot dogs and give them to my boss however the same bug wouldn't let me drag the hotdogs to my inventory this was approximately 3 YEARS after the deliciously indulgent bakery came out so no EA did not patch this up

I feel like with sims 3 the engine was hell to work with and the staff was very ambitious to make all these awesome additions to the game. With sims 4 they played it safe on the engine but they-re also using as little imagination as possible to make content happen

Anyone figure out how to fix the bug yet? I set up a kitchen for my sim to use in his and his wife's bakery i built annd I'm not able to stock the baking racks unless i bake at home then have my sim bring the treats to his shop. Sooo freaking inconvenient

Running a business from home with this content (OR Savy Sellers, SUCKS. Just not the same, the content was not conceptualized together or something. For savvy sellers I need a rug and a register, for the Bistro I just need the Oven, WTH, EA!

Honestly, I have no use for the lot as a place to play, but the baking oven really enriches gameplay and interaction when dropped into regular homes. Even Bonehilda will stop her chores and have some baked goodies, it's really cute.
