When I clicked on the video i thought, -wow i've never heard of this game. - then 20 seconds into the video I got chills running through my whole body. My parents bought me this game when I was like 3 1/2 - 4 and I somehow remembered all the visuals and music. This is one of those repressed memories you wish you didn't have lol. honestly though the game wasn't that bad. the math section was my favorite. Maybe this game was the reason why I went for an engineering degree and failed.

I've noticed a lot of times edutainment games tend to completely miss the mark when it comes to licensed games. Mario teaches typing could have been cool if it didn't look like a chimp did the art and the gameplay wasn't ass. If it had resembled the source material at all, like Typing of the Dead did, it would have been fine. I spent a lot of time playing Typing of the Dead on my Dreamcast and I was probably 18 at the time.

When we played this at our christian daycare it was the closest thing we could get to playing Doom simply because it was first person. Then someone broke in and stole our computer, the cops came and fingerprinted all the kids for fun while they were there. I still remember how hard the cops press down on your fingers when they do that.

Re-watching this, and I am still _insanely_ jealous of that Davidson School Products version of Math Blaster: In Search of Spot that I see in the background. I've never been lucky enough to find school versions of consumer software.

Whats with the derpy sounding sonic music? sounds like a walkman with dying batteries playing sonic BGM? This software needs to be farmed for its horrid 90s animation and have some vaporwave music thrown in.

Technically, the first Educational Sonic game not on the Pico (in fact, the first of all time, was Sonic Edusoft for the Master System, although that game was cancelled for some reason in 1991.
