I'm sorry. She doesn't look like the character at all. The whole point of Lara being such a nostalgic character is that when you see a really hot beautiful woman you intend to think she's not inteligent enough to make it thruw. That's the point on how Lara is so fabulous: she's very hot, very beautiful, very inteligent, very strong and that's all what all women in the world want to be. The politicaly correct options for regular actresses to play iconic female roles is destroying the characters essence and the fans expectations who are really the reason theses characters are so famous today.

Oh s that's right she's the CIA agent in Jason Bourne lol. Actually she did a pretty damn good job in that.
Not to mention Ex-Machina which was excellent. Will this finally break the gamers curse, probably not.
But it could easily be the best effort to date. However given the track record of these kind of projects. It probably will fail just as all the others have.
Teaser also seems rushed & not the reboot we were promised. Who knows I could be wrong but I'm not holding my breath.

I dont like the new Lara Croft (not the game one) this one just doesnt look like her and Id hate to think that theyre gonna redo all the movies with her /: because compare her to Angelina she just doesnt look like Lara she fits the roles of the movies she previously was in though! But shes just not Lara. If Im being honest someone like Scarlett Johansson wouldve been better especially if they gave her brown hair and made it longer liKE i cAN sEe iT noW

not very good lol. I just came home from the cinemas seeing Tulip Fever, and its the first movie she's been in(and I've seen them all pretty much) I've given top rating. Its superior to Karenina, Deux Ex and A Royal Affair. Perhaps only level with her breakout role in Pure and award winning turn in The Danish Girl.
Perhaps actually go see a movie before you deem it not very good.

The name actually has no bearing on AI Whatsoever. Its Ancient Greek and comes from a character, thats either protagonist or antagonist who comes in at the plays end, who solves the plot issue, one way or another
a person or thing (as in fiction or drama) that appears or is introduced suddenly and unexpectedly and provides a contrived solution to an apparently insoluble difficulty.

Sounds like she has wide range, in a variety of roles.
She'll never make me forget Angelina, but she'll bring something different to the table.
Every actor who played James Bond brought something different to the character
Alicia will do the same thing here.
We need a new Meryl Streep, and Alicia could be the one.

Lara Croft miscast. Sweet pretty (but plain) looking overrated girl- no real woman, and could never be Lara Croft, as hard as sh'e may have tried. I do noticed she has had breast augmentation done in an attempt to-- try and look older than-- 12.
Exmachina her best role to date. As a brilliant robot.

They made a Huge mistake putting her in place of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider. She has No Style or Attitude like Angelina Jolie. When I say Attitude, that's not it either. I like to call what Angelina Jolie and only a few actresses have and that's IT. Don't know what IT is, but this actress does nto have IT!

Whilst I don't doubt that Alicia Vikander could definitely bring this role to life, I do feel that other actors could also do that. Such as: Natalie Dormer, Alexandria Deddario or Jonah Hill.
I do feel that these three in particular would have done exceptionally well in casting.
