2. Captain Marvel - lowest 545 mil WW/highest 725 mil, but itll land around 650 mil. Positive reaction from this film will determine if Endgame surpasses Titanic or Avatar
3. Lion King - 1. 5 billion
4. Toy Story 4 - 1. 25 - 1. 5 billion
5. Godzilla: King of the Monsters - itll crush overseas so the US wont matter much but a solid 875 mil
6. Joker - honestly no idea
7. Star Wars 9 - its grossing 1 billion but the trailers and tone of them could determine how much more/less than 1 billion
8. Glass - May do better in the US than overseas but it may be a sleeper hit oversea so Im gonna predict a max of 350 mil WW with 200 mil coming from the US
9. Shazam - worries about this film, only 1 trailer and its 3 months out! Dont think itll outgross Ant-Man or Iron Man, but could be wrong. 500 mil MAX
10. Hellboy - maybe 500 mil but the marketing will have to sell this film. The first 2 films werent massive box office successes and have developed strong cult followings so it could be a huge hit but Endgame will destroy it 3 wks later so it could bomb
11. Aladdin - FLOP. Will Smith has been box office poison over the past 6 years. His bad films do well and his good films flop so audiences are now split on him unfortunately
12. Spider-Man: Far From Home - the first Spider-Man film thatll gross over 1 billion, predicting a final gross of 1. 075 billion
13. Dumbo - kind of a weird time to release THIS film, shouldve gotten released in November/December but I think it may do well, at least 700 mil WW but its a major Disney classic so it could hit 1 billion like Jungle Book and Beauty and the Beast
14. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood - the trailers will sell this film, yeah its Tarantino and DiCaprio but the GP doesnt know about this film yet

John Goodman and Stephen King are building some harsh enemies. You never want to purposely tick off half your potential audience AND you never want to tick off the half that generally has families and the cash to spend on the products. Will both men's attacks prove to be turn offs for the screens?
They have been for me.
Oh, and Stars Wars will only succeed if the Word of Mouth is excellent. As the last two (three? four) have shown, it's not worth my time or dime. Betting half the expected draw the first weekend and then if the feedback is good, maintaining the levels for several weeks.
I honestly expect this year to be 50% niche. Attempts to draw in 100% of the fans who, for example, love Godzilla, to make up for the general audience who are more Meh.

More crap from the No-Talent-Hacks in Hollyweird. M Night Shame should've quit after 6 cents. More unnecessary remakes from the filmREmakers and of course, a part 2 for a movie based on ONE novel. (Big names playing the adults? Never heard of any of 'em) Godzilla belongs to To Ho Productions! All the CGI BS in Hollyweird can't make it a better movie! Oh and how many 'first' Spider man movies do you need? I saw the Star Wars Trilogy in the 70's I don't need 6 more. I think Captain Marvel will flop in a MCU sense. I'm getting too much of a Green Lantern vibe from it. It'll still make money, but it won't do spectacular.
As for Star Wars IX, I think it'll fail to garner much of a profit and the writing is on the wall. The Last Jedi only made half it's predecessor made and burnt all the good well it had with a substantial chunk of it's fanbase. Solo's flopping showed what exactly TLJ did to the franchise.
Shazam is going to be hit or miss. There is no consistency in that franchise.

This person recommended GLASS? We watched it a few days ago and i wish i had a time machine to go back time and stop myself from actually going wasting time and monies to watch this boring garbage. Just because its Samuel Jackson and Bruce Willis does not mean a great movie. I slept away during portions of it, should have seen the dog movie, i'm sure that would have been better. I advise you do not go and see GLASS, LOOPER you have lost credibility in recommending this garbage. BOOOO

So the last Godzilla movie is critically acclaimed now? I haven't heard or read a single positive review of it. The only good thing everyone gave it was that it was better than the old American Godzilla. My own review is that it was super forgettable. The Emmerich movie sucked, but at least people still remember it. I saw the new Godzilla and I already can't remember shit about it. All I remember is that Cranston dies early, but I can't even remember how he dies.

yawn. well maybe the star wars one. remakes repeats redos. oh lets through a little more action into it. a little more grit. i saw an ad for a movie coming out with nicole kidman saying it was her best yet. haha. that would not be hard. i guess we going to get another transformer movie too? how about another jaws?
