Given how closely tied Fin Fang Foom is to Mandarin's backstory and the fact he's an alien in a seemingly more focused cosmic theme upcoming, chances are he'll show up. There's been a lot of rumors about Black Knight circulating around too. And while Gorr the God-Killer is a good prediction, I don't think it's fair to discount the Serpent. Jormungandr is a pretty big part of Thor lore that the films have yet to touch upon, probably ought to come in at some point (especially given that there's a connection between Jormungandr and Fin Fang Foom. Just saying.

No way in hell Gorr The GodButcher is the villain in thor. He should be the main villain for the whole of phase 4. Too strong for just 1 movie appearance.
