1) Allison is OP. She could solve most of the issues they faced but that would cut to story down so much
2) The Harlan story line seemed so forced and contrived. Maybe if this story line is foundation for a more interesting plot line in the future, then I might be less annoyed.
3) The Handler is so damn hot.
