I loved farscape as a kid.
I was born in 92, so i got to enjoy the show with my father on scifi all the time.
I remember the series finale movie was something of an event at my house, and we all made sure to enjoy it.
The roughnecks starship troopers cartoon may look rough today, but it was a criminally underrated show that ended a season too early.
As time has went, beast wars and beast machines have both gotten more and more attention by those that missed it the first time.
The show Roswell. as weird as it was, is often forgotten too.
Edit- i remember the miniseries of farscape as a movie bc we watched it all in one sitting

i absolutely LOVED Eerie, Indiana as a kid. most episodes had pretty good stories and oddities. the main one that stuck out to me (mainly cuz it made no sense at all) was when the main characters tried staying awake for Daylight Savings, and somehow warped into another reality that's an hour behind everyone else

Adventures of Pete and Pete was like a book of suburban 90 s kids urban legends, the surreal was played totally straight. Nostalgia clouds my judgment but WOW was it a good show. Basically the TV version of a weird indie band.

The early days of Nickelodeon was amazing. Ren and Stumpy, Are you afraid of the dark, Pete and Pete, salute my shorts, double dare, All That, and so many great shows that take me back to my childhood. Thank you early Nickelodeon!

Pete & Pete's Artie, the strongest man in the world, later went on to voice Cotton Hill, Kahn Souphanousinphone, and Joe Jack on King of the Hill, and still occasionally turns up as a voice character on The Venture Bros.

Funny thing about Farscape is that it was made in conjunction with GTV9 in Australia but was not really shown on TV in Australia. Maybe the first season on 9 in Australia on a Saturday afternoon but that was it. Weird, hey?

I am so glad they gave La Femme Nikita a nod. Between that show and Xena - those were my go to shows that I had to watch every time they were on. If you haven't seen La Femme Nikita, it is definitely worth exploring!
