Lol, you think actors rely only on diet and exercise for their appearance. I'm not saying they all do it, but be real-- there's a lot of PED use in entertainment industry. Like Judy Garland being forced to take amphetamines on set of Wizard of Oz by producers because the shooting schedule was nuts.

Can someone explain the inappropriate part to me? Im not seeing anything wrong here, just a comical attempt at advertising for his app. If his app is good or not is something up for debate since I haven't a clue but Im not getting the inappropriate part.
