The very idea of scanning extras and background characters into films is not only preposterous it's an insult to movie-making _and_ actors, who are the actual people that make movies, not the corporate deals that are only out to make a profit at the expense of quality, creativity, and the chance for these people to live their dreams and make their marks in the world of cinematography
AIs cannot be allowed such rampant use and power over even these small parts of our lives. Movies are an Art, and the idea of letting machines do all the work makes it pointless and soulless and invalidates the notion that these stories on the big screen came from a creative idea that was nurtured with passion and determination

Only an idiot would be scanned into a digital database and allow their likeness to be used over and over again without getting royalties for every time they're used. Read your contracts people, if you're not getting paid for being on the screen, then don't sign the deal. Studios have to pay for every occurrence of every person on the screen, just like they need to pay for every song and sound effect.

This is actually a good thing because they both stand united against corporate greed. I fully understand because being a long time Teamster of the shipping industry a lot of our part time employees are being paid basically minimal wage for a physical labor job that takes a toll on your body. We ll see if Teamster s walk out as well, good luck WGA.
