Things About The Walking Dead That Simply Never Made Sense
video description
And what about the stench from all the dead bodies & the zombies? None of the live characters ever say, Phew, it stinks here! or The smell is suffocating me!

It's rare to see snow in Georgia. In fact, very little snow can paralyze the area that it falls. Many places don't even have snowplows
Wouldn't zombie blood all pool in there legs and make the legs bloat? They don't have a heartbeat to pump the blood around, so logically, gravity should make it pool in their legs
What about road maintenance? No potholes ANYWHERE?
Where are the flies? Where are the other scavengers that feed on corpses? and why don't the zombies smell? rotting flesh stinks, survivors should smell zombies LONG before the see them
How do zombies find people to feed on? the don't breathe so they can't smell them, the eyes cloud over so they can't see them, they might be able to hear them until the eardrums rot, so how do they track people. Using zombie goo as camouflage should be counter productive if they can't smell
How are zombies so strong? Zombies, when they were living had normal human strength, but as a zombie, their muscles whither away, so how can they break down doors and barriers
How can zombies use tools? in the first couple of episodes in season 1, we saw zombies using rocks to break down glass doors, How?
Why don't zombies trip and fall? the walk over smooth road and curbs, forests and roots and fallen trees but they never stumble
I have an entire list on why zombies are illogical monsters

head stabbings, the skull is the densest bone to protect the brain, have you ever tried to stab a coconut? good luck with it without gutting yourself, and they all put the blood and puss stained knifes into the scabbards without cleaning them, and they are all senior survivors by now, but when they get a gun with scarce ammo the first thing they do is to magdump aiming anywhere but the heads. it would be one shot, one headshot as bullets are scarce and precious like thousand dollar banknotes, .of course not to mention basic biology human dies by rule of 3, minutes without breathing, days without water, days without food, zombies would consume their fat as energy storage /many of them walking with their trousers around their ankles/ than probably hybernate to consume energy and than wither away in any climate after a month most of them are redeaded by hunger in half a year just rotting, and of course freeze rot once they freeze solid, they would not unthaw. howgh.

You guys aware of Coronation Street and Eastenders in the UK? Different shows, but the stretching out of the writing skills is the same. You have a bit of drama, then SFA happens for about 6 or 7 episodes. Then some more drama to keep the viewer lured in. Rinse, repeat, rinse repeat, etc.
After three episodes of this show, I ended up in a fast forwarding mode for the rest of the series, until it actually became watchable for the last 6 or 7 episodes in which I thought it's potential really shined.
But alas, never again will I put myself through such an agonising time wasting exercise such as that.
If anyone wants a good scary and fun pc game, try Dying Light A hard, sometimes confusing game albeit hilarious at times. After a while, it does get easier.
My 2 1/2 c worth(adjusted for inflation)

On the one hand, the zombies would attack, kill and then eat their victims, so that would suggest that the zombies needed the nourishment to survive. On the other hand, the zombies would bite people and infect them, turning their victim into a zombie - but they wouldn't eat them. There were always zillions of zombies, so I gather that the zombies mostly didn't eat their prey but just bit them to turn them into more zombies. So why would they bite people if they weren't going to eat them for nourishment? And, if they did need the nourishment, why were there so many freaking zombies? Why didn't they just eat each other?

You answered your own question regarding Rick's stay in the hospital. The doctor was still looking after him. She just wasn't watering his flowers
When the show started it presumed that the apocalypse had started in Aug or Sep 2010. The 2011 Hyundai Tuscon would have been available to the public in Aug or Sep 2010. So this isn't a mystery.
Gasoline with a stabilizer added to it has a shelf life of up to 2 years. Since the time jump following the war with the Saviors, they have been using ethanol as a fuel - yet people still think they are using gasoline (that's never made sense)

About the blood. They're already infected! That was determined with Shane's death! Shane wasn't bitten but he turned after he died. If anything can cause the change into a zombie it would have to be the zombie SALIVA, not the blood. As for the kids, it's not surprising that there aren't many around. Zombie or not, kids get into situations on their own that they can't get out of. They get trapped in places and have little ability to survive on their own.

The car thing wouldn't be a huge deal if they used older cars but then they couldn't sell placement.
I know someone that has an old Nissan that runs on used cooking oil. He doesn't go more than 40 miles or so.
Also, maintenance would be easy if they have a Mechanix. There are car parts all over.
American cars with 300k or more miles are exported to Middle East and Africa. They drive then a million miles bc labor is the expensive part.

Tell me how the zombies brains/bodies arent destroyed in a single years cycle of freezing, thawing, and baking temperatures. Think about what happens to a chunk of meat left in the sun. Now imagine zombies wondering around a target parking lot in august in GA in that heat. Every drop of moisture in their bodies would be gone in short order.

I can point out something you guys got wrong about Georgia. The summers are brutal but it hardly ever snows here, the closest we get is a little dusting here and there in the northern part of the state but the majority of the state never sees snow except for once in a rare occasion and even then it's only like one or two inches

You might find this outrageous or unbelievable but Hyundai, like all other car companies always release the following year's model during the current year. Meaning the 2012 Hyundai Tucson was available in real life and on the show for a scene taking place in summer/fall 2011

The lack of flys and their eggs and maggots there are many. They are trying to get the world ready for the resurrection the difference is, it like watching your child die from cancer because the resurrected can't die and they have children that can go to hell.

Everything stated in the list can be chalked up to TV, but the one thing the comics and the show glosses over is that, if everyone is already infected, why would bites accelerate infection and kill you? What is the science and logic on that?

Rick, really just has a mutation of the virus were he looks and functions like normal, he died at that hospital, so that s why he can t die again. Like some other zombies who are fast, smart or able to do things they shouldn t.

This is a TV show blended with fantasy for ENTERTAINMENT purposes. Of course, there are going to be things that don't make sense. If we wanted to watch something that was realistic, we'd watch a documentary

As I have never watched the show, can someone please tell me if they addressed the reason the zombies weren't rotting? Surely, a good hot summer would have decomposed the zombies into piles of bones and slime?

Here is your answer as to why. it is a tv show. Simple. They are not going to torture their actors and some have survive horrible things. Especially the MAIN characters. Yesh. Just enjoy the show.

What I really dont't get it, was indestructible zombies, they were untouchable by nature/time after years and years which was so annoying. They bended fundamental law of physics just like that.
