Didn't really care about this band before, but now that I know Julian Costabravas told them to 'disappear' I love them.
I mean, Julian Casablancas telling anybody else that they can't sing/ play? Really?
Doubly ironic coming from the man who practically lives in his own arsehole, and always seems about to disappear into it, but never does.

An old, old school rocker here I saw a Live version they did of Peter Green's Oh Well and that was it I was a Fan I've followed them on and off since then. These ladies are good anybody says diff is probably a K Pop fan, I always thought the faces Este make while playing are a sign she's really into the music Bass Face very fitting

Um, The Talking Head's have always had a female bassist. And you really should have named her, Tina Weymouth, who is very respected. Much more than Este Haim. Not that; s she bad, she just hasn't earned it yet. You guys really ought to research stuff more.

First time I heard of them. Glad I clicked on here. They're really good. Nice vocals, excellent drums, guitar, and bass playing. Oh Well is a great tribute too which captured the spirit of Peter Green. Thanks for the background info Mojo.

I literally just learned about HAIM (having seen Alana Haim interviewed on the Kelly Clarkson show for her role in Licorice Pizza) and now am mad that it took this long to find them, they are so incredibly talented!

Danielle is one of the most unique, innovative drummers out there. Haim is really all about the percussion, and her drum patterns are not 'normal' by any standard.
