Today's parenting upbringing should be instinctively at a level where mother, father, adoptive parent, guardian, caretaker or provider have a way of raising infant, baby, toddler, young child and teenagers to grow, develop and mature into a strong, confident, healthy, successful, fun-loving independent adult that can joyfully make their way through life as a single married leading or simply just being a healthy, happy and productive part of a massive group which is society. 1 key is learning your body's capabilities and limitations by fully engaging with all the body senses to their extreme limits in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. Thus becoming physically fit, mentally sound and spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom. For only at this level of body awareness does one actually have the self-control, discipline, loyalty, devotion, appreciation, respect, confidence and playful determination. To consciously acknowledge and physically participate in being true towards love, honor and the creation of life preferably in the way of marriage being a husband and wife mother and father. S. R. F.

I discovered this show only 2 months ago and this was after i watched The West Wing and i needed after that to watch everything where Allison Janney was. I watched Mom in 3 weeks and was schocked to find out that this is Chuck Lorre's show because i knew of course about Big Bang Theory but i haven't heard about Mom. And out of all sitcoms that i watched this is my comfort show. When i have a bad day i watch it. I love more everything after season 3 because this storyline in s1 with Violet's pregnancy annoyed me. And i didn't like how they ended Alvin's storyline. And obviously Bonnie is my favourite character. I liked her relationship with Adam so much and that they got married eventually (it was sweet episode. And final episode didn't really feel like finale. I wish they had more seasons.

From the first episode this was such a great show. It was funny and emotional. It wasn't the same without Anna Faris though. I just wish there could have been a final episode with Anna Faris. Maybe it went forward in time to show her as a lawyer. I thought it would be nice if a woman came in who was similar to Anna Faris in the first episode. Maybe she transformed into Anna Faris from the first episode who she would tell that everything is going to be ok. The woman was going to lose her kids if she doesn't get sober so Anna Faris helps her and sends her to the meetings she used to go. Maybe it could end with Anna Faris giving a final speech to the alcoholic anonymous group before leaving for the final time.

The show was an entertainer when it was all about Christie's relationship with her mother and children. The way it weaved comedy into some serious issues like substance misuse, teenage pregnancy and single parenthood was praiseworthy. However it got less funny with each season. When they tried to be another Friends it lost all its charm. The addition of Tammy sorta watered down the comedic experience. Also it became too preachy. Many of the episodes were ripped off from the Big Bang Theory which were themselves copied from Two and a Half Men. I do know that Chuck Lorre created all three sitcoms.

My favorite funny moment, I never get tired of waits the Audrey Hepburn. one where Bonnie + Adam are on their honeymoon. Bonnie's flipping out + Everything about Adam is getting to her. Really the whole show is funny. But first his feminine sunglasses makes her shoot daggers at him w/ her eyes. then the Absolute Best is when he's reading + gives a weird chuckle. She goes 'OH MY GOD! FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE I 'M MARRIED TO A BOOK CHUCKLER! '
I Almost wet myself laughing hysterically.

Bonnie is my favourite female in all of sitcom history, Allison Janney is a genius. The I love to laminate things! argument with Adam is always hilarious, as well the Jewish dinner with Violet's boyfriend's mother. Well Phil, who am I to judge. I just want you to know I'm a lot younger than you. Also Bonnie attempting to hand Christy a gun before she meets Alvin for the first time. Or when she goes to her job interview You had friends? always gets me!

The episode where Tammy's parole officer makes a surprise visit and Bonnie runs into the bedroom and grabs Adam's marijuana out of his hands and tosses it out the window without saying anything. All episodes with Bonnie and Trevor. Andy was a great addition too. Slumber party when Bonnie chose dare. I thought the final season was gold. So sad it ended. I thought they could have had at least 2 more successful seasons.

This show is the most amazing show. It has funny, sad, angry and misunderstanding moments all Rolled into this comedy sitcom. I have learnt a lot of valuable principles just by looking at it as if it something I'm dealing with. Addiction is not funny but they made it work within this show. Bravo to all the ladies who made this show a success.

I dont know what the funniest moments are. sadly I missed this show when it was originally on. But I am enjoying it now, and the writing is great. They are people we all can relate to. Funny moment, the other day, when I realized they were the actors from I, Tonya
. I'm slow. but I eventually get there. Ha

I miss this show and I'm not much of a tv watcher. But this worked on so many levels.
That said, the last season wasn't great after Anna Faris left. I always wondered if her ego was stepped on by Allison's emergence as the tacit star, even though it was meant to be a star vehicle for Anna.

Not the funniest but I loved the scene where Bonnie and Alvin started flirting in the hospital in front of a disgusted Christy and Violet in labour in the next room.
It's such a heart warming moment that Christy has two parents together for the first time.

It is a really great show.
In my opinion this show has the right Mix between humor and seriousness showing what alcohol does to you and your loved ones.
This show is to unknown and underrated (at least here in Germany. Its such an awesome show

I loved when Bonnie hooked up with Chef Rudy. I was so demented. And the time when Chrustie hooked up with the attractive man upstairs on a lonely Saturday, only to find out he was really freaky. I wish they had done mire with Wendy's character.

This show made facing my addiction issues over the years a lot easier. I was already sober when I found it but it's just super relatable for those of us who grew up in dysfunctional family dynamics and went on to struggle with addiction.

Chuck Lorre has some interesting premises for sitcoms: an AA chapter, a woman escaping an abusive relationship, a dialysis support group. Then again, if you can make a sitcom about a Nazi prison camp you can make a sitcom about ANYTHING!

Mom was such an amazing show but my all time favorite episode has to go the one before the finale, the one where Marjorie was getting an award. It was beautiful and Allison Janney made me cry with her speech to Marjorie
reply

My funniest mom's moment is when Bonnie sleeps with the chef Rudy and he decides he don't want her no more and she goes and destroys his wine collection and make some suck her toes that is too freaking funny man

I still don't understand people still support Chris Pratt?
He left his wife for a younger woman.
He abandon his sick kid.
Even blast his ex by saying this new wife gave him a Healthy child.

Honestly funnier than Bonnie and Janine was christy having the misunderstanding with the girl at the end of season 7 and proudly stating I kissed a girl as her las lines on the show

Love this show! All are great, but my favorite is when Bonnie goes looking for a job she has a resume for everything pulls up her skirt and jumps out the window to keep from getting caught

Also when Regina (Octavia Spencer) goes all Michael Strahan on Bonnie, & the family dinner at the Plunkett's with guest star, Linda Lavin, Dinner AND a show!

BTW- any know the reason Anna Farris quit? No, I don't mean the official reason- I mean the REAL reason! ( I didn't exactly buy the time-to-move-on excuse. NO ONE did)
reply

I love that show I wish it was still on! My 2 favorites are when Bonnie and Adam get married, also the Valentine's day one with the bracelet sorry no Linda here!
reply

I love mom so much. The only thing In all 8 seasons that I hated was that awful Mitch character, deeply unfunny. But thats not bad out of 8 brilliant seasons
reply

I loved the scene when Bonnie was talking with Adam and said if you cheat on me I am gonna take the wheels off you chair and leave you in the woods!
reply
