I was hoping Cool would be on the list. While it was less successful than Hollaback Girl, Gwen's vocals are very reminiscent of Cyndi Lauper, or even Martha Davis of The Motels, and I've always been a fan of its 80's new wave sound. Of course, I knew Hollaback Girl would be #1!
