I'm a guy who doesn't really like shows like this, or teenage soap operas. But my girlfriend said I have to watch it with her and so I reluctantly started watching.
From literally the first 2 minutes after the show started, I looked at my girlfriend and said
THIS IS TWIN PEAKS BUT LIKE A REMAKE FOR THE NEW DAY AND AGE
She had never seen TWIN PEAKS.
Honestly it's an addictive show and I'm glad I'm watching it with my girlfriend/fiancee.
She gets mad though because I read into every scene pretty much because in shows like this, EVERYTHING means something.
I wonder how the show would of went if the 2 geniuses directed it and wrote the storyline. Those 2 geniuses are DAVID LYNCH and the highest of highs, STANLEY KUBRICK!

Omg I never noticed these. especially the sticky maple thing with Tony topas thing. In the new season they should have veronica confront her about it. if that ever happens Tony will have to catch some hands!
