If anime/manga were included in this list, how about Misty from Pokemon whenever she gets mad at Ash, especially in the earlier episodes of the TV show, or Jessie whenever she disagrees with James & Meowth about all their plans to steal everyone's Pokemon?
Two OTHER good candidates are Naru Narusegawa & Motoko Aoyama from Love Hina. Naru's signature Naru Punch on Keitaro is absolutely bad-ass, ditto for any of Motoko's kendo sword moves!

Angelica definitely needed to be disciplined more consistently by her parents for her bratty behavior! I know if I acted that way with my little cousins and their friends, I would have been punished with a swat to my butt. Then I would have had to apologize to them! My parents wouldn't have allowed me to get away with such awful behavior!

These girls shouldnt be called queen bees. Bees are much nicer than most people think since they rarely sting and pollinate flowers, and of course they produce honey. They should be called queen WASPS. Retractable stingers with potent venom and an appetite for other bugs. Thats what wasps are!
