I'd say Kirsten Dunst should be on the list but I guess she was already famous for Interview with the Vampire, Jumanji, and Little Women before she did her episodes on ER. Emile Hirsch should be on this list though because I don't think he was famous when he made his appearance in season 6. I also think Rooney Mara was relatively unknown when she appeared in the final season.

Why not a Top Ten Actors who Appeared on CSI before they were famous? Taraji P Henson and Octavia Spencer appeared on CSI too.
And speaking of CSI, where were George Eads, Marg Helgenberger and Jorja Fox? They all appeared on ER before CSI.

What about Kirsten Dunst and Ewan McGregor? There were pretty memorable guest stars! Ewan was there during the hold-up with Carol and Kirsten lasted several episodes and had an impact on Clooney's character! I thought they'd be 1 and 2.

ER is still one of my all-time favorite TV shows. It always had a special atmosphere. Chris Pine, Octavia Spencer, Eva Mendes, Jessica Chastain did a great job in ER. Maria Bello and Kellie Martin left this show too soon

I just finished er a couple of weeks ago. I wasnt really watching Greys the past seasons but I cant go back to it at all. This show is absolutely incredible and is still so great almost 30 years later

It's quite simple: every actor who didn't appear in ER before being famous appeared in one of the Law & Order franchises. or CSI's.
