While dating Berger, Carrie runs into Aiden, who already managed to father a child approximately of same age as Brady, who was conceived while he was with in relationship with Carrie. Brady is approximately 6 or even more months old when 50 year old Muffy marries the gayest man in the world, yet she manages get heavily pregnant before Brady celebrates his first birthday. Not to mention there was summer att Hamptons when Muffy got married and summer again on Bradys birthday, when Charlotte walked out in the street in strapless dress.

As with many trailblazers, there are flaws and shortcomings. None of them are perfect. But we have this series and Pat Field to thank for teaching us that not every part of our outfit has to match and that friends can be 'the loves of our life'.
And I am unable to watch the episode where Miranda gives birth and Carrie walks home to Moon River without breaking my heart. People come into your life and people go: but it's comforting to know, the ones you love are always in your heart and if you're lucky, a plane ride away.

The fact that so many people are here complaining about how selfish and annoying Carrie was. just displays how great of a character she was. Lol. I've always seen the 4 main characters to be parts of a whole person. People don't like to see that part of them that's not perfect right in their face. Together I think it was a great balance. That's why the show did so well. Carrie sometimes sucked as a person, but the character was honest. Just my observation. : )

I don't think the case of Justin Theroux is the only case of an actor having more than one role in a single show.
I've been re-running the show these days and noticed that the woman who plays Miranda's mid-wife is the same actress who has a conversation with Samantha when she says she doesn't believe in either republican or democratic party but just in parties. So, Miss Mojo, you missed that detail

Actually there are more who have appeared more than once. James McCaffrey appeared as the photographer whom Carey admired at first later dismissed for shooting her pictures of her being fallen on runway in S4E2 and another time early in S1 as Big's finacial friend. And, the Eastern Asian lady also appeared as very minor one shot character in two episodes, one as Miranda's baby sitter.

There are two other actors that appeared in the show more than once. One character who appeared twice played a pretty significant role each time, but one of the roles he was never given a name.
The other repeat actor played filler roles, but rather memorable ones.

Re: #10 It's a show about (among other things) fashion -- it's inherently going to be dated. Especially Carrie's intentionally fashion-forward (for the time) ensembles. Granted, if I were a girl, I'd wear Charlotte's wardrobe every day, and 90s looks are making a comeback, but it is defintiely dated.

I so agree that Aidan was perfect and deserved so much better than she gave him. And she dumped on him twice! And he looked so wistful when they met in Dubai. I would have thought he'd turn and run the other way, especially when he saw what she had on. That T-shirt and big skirt looked hideous.

If you watch The Carrie Diaries, she lives with her dad and sister because her mom died. But Carrie tells Alexander that her dad left them. I honestly dont know how the new series missed that. Also, of course the Carrie necklace was significant. That one was too obvious for this list.

We don't hear about their families but we did see Charlotte's father walk her down the aisle well I think it was him isn't the Father of the Bride supposed to walking down the aisle and I thought it was strange that we didn't meet him

Lack of important holidays is not true. There's an episode when on a New Year's Eve Miranda calls Carrie and Carrie gets up in the middle of the night to be with her. There's even a countdown shown on TV in Miranda's appartment.
