Callie's final season is enough to bump her out of the top 10 to Honorable Mention. Arizona should be on the top 10, tied with Lexie.
I loved Lexie but her final season was uneventful until she died.
I would put Amelia Shepherd at least on the 7th spot and bump everyone below a step lower. That is if we count her Private Practice era. Her bad storylines all involved Owen Hunt. (So does Cristina Yang. That fact should also bumped Owen off of that Honorable Mention list and should include Addison Montgomery.

Who made this list? How in the entire world is Izzy on this list before Webber? How is Izzy on this list before George, Owen, Avery. I would have her after Joe.
I agree that Yang is #1, the show hasn't been the same without her. Mark and Lexi are definitely missed and deserve to be on this list.
