I've always thought Linda Hunt looked like Edna Mode. Since the 1st Incredibles came out or NCIS Los Angeles, which ever came out second to compare. If ever there's a live action, she's the right woman for the job, she even talks like her. Maybe color her hair darker. I commented on a video once when she had taken a hiatus from the show due to injuries sustained in a car accident if I remember correctly. I accidentally typed Get well soon Edna, We love you! I felt like a complete boob

Linda Hunt is one of my favorite actors, though I can't exactly explain it, and the first time I saw Edna Mode (played by Brad Bird, y'all) I thought of Hunt. Any episode of NCIS: LA that doesn't include Hetty is less interesting and E is a complete gas!

I think some of these were a bit of a stretch. especially since Disney is known for making their characters look like the voice actors.
And I always thought Edna was based on Edith Head, who is also a fashion designer.

I notice Nicole Scherzinger looks pretty much like Princess Jasmine from Aladdin with her long dark hair and the eyes and eyebrows. Many resemblance with the features.
