You really don't get Villanelle at all, do you? Villanelle was in a hurry to make her exit, yet she hung around to listen to and understand Gabriel's perspective. I wish I had died in the car. Villanelle reflects on Gabriel's feelings, comforts him and replys to his concerns. It would be shit.
Only then does Villanelle put Gabriel out of his misery.
You need to watch again, instead of coming across with your preconceived notion of who Villanelle really is. Bad call, really.
It takes empathy, though, to understand. Just maybe Villanelle has more empathy than you.

I think you may have misinterpreted Villanelle in the scene with Gabriel, the boy in the hospital. You took her attitude toward the boy as apathetic and manipulative, when I saw it as helpful and motivating. The last thing anyone wants is to be pitied and patronized. Villanelle chose to act as she did to help the boy. Before she killed him he even told her that he wished he had died in the crash too. Our Heroine Villanelle kindly put the kid out of his misery.
You can say I misinterpeted this as well, but I am happy thinking of her as an anti-hero, rather than a monster.

I think Villanelle been killing people for so long and was train to do that since long so it's all she does. I think she can stop killing she done it before I think. It season 3 I believe. Villanelle besides killing people for a living doesn't seem like that bad of a person. She doesn't really harm kids.

There's something seriously wrong with people falling in love with a murderous psychopath. Finding the series entertaining is one thing, claiming you fall for a woman who capriciously murders anyone without any sign of empathy or remorse, is quite another. Bunch of nutcases!

I think the reason why we all love Villanelle is because we can all relate to her in some way. She literally says she wants normal stuff. Cool job and stuff like that. She just makes her money killing people. She has a bubbly and somewhat inviting personality.

Killing Eve always had a nice balance between drama, black comedy and pastiche, but the drama held it together. In the third series the comedy and pastiche elements have come through far too strongly, rather spoiling it, sadly.

It's hard to pin down Villanelle. She does all these terrible things but is joyful and cheery about them. But she also feels some from of love for Eve so she has emotions barely though.
