The guest appearance by Miranda Cosgrove was specifically to give her more exposure leading up to the premier of iCarly. Dan did this every so often with his actors. He also did this with Victoria Justice playing Shelby Marx in iCarly. This appearance was the most significant role she took before Victorious premiered. It was to help people remember who she was and to see how people reacted to her being given a more prominent role. Jeanette McCurdy was also on Victorious near the end of its run just to see how people would react to her being in the Victorious setting. This was to either see if combining Victorious and iCarly into one show was worth it or not. Drakes appearance on the show was the only major Nick star to not be on another Nick show to promote the fact that he would be getting his own show soon. This was in the middle of Drake and Joshs run and served two purposes. One was to promote his music career and the other was to get more people to watch Zoey101 since he showed up early in the first season.

I always had a soft spot for Erin Saunders aka Quinn on this show I know know that Jaime-Lyn is married with a couple of girls and I know that Victoria Justice is hinting at a Victorious reboot but I wonder what the rest of the Zoey 101 cast is up to these days like Erin Saunders who played Quinn and Chris Massy who played Michael and I believe it was Matt Underwood who played Logan I wonder what they are all up to these days someone should do a Zoey 101 whatever happened to video

Ah yes, the fashion of my middle school years. So glad they weren't documented because OOF some of it is so cringey. The backpacks were cool though. I had the same one the girl who played Mona wore in her episode in another color.

I can never look at Jennette McCurdy the same after she said she hated acting and her childhood was miserable because of her mom. Im so glad shes finally getting to live a normal life and do what she wants to do.

2005-8 is bringing me back alright. While I didnt have a proper school life(homeschool) I most definitely remember many of the shows on nicolodeon & music from that era from metalcore to emo, & goth rock.
