Nice choices. Forgot one, though- in one of the later seasons theres a showdown when a dude with a gun on the brothers decides to let them go. In the scene, Sam holds his hand up in a dont shoot gesture as he gets in the impala and Dean drives them away. In an outtake, Jared decided to go for broke and takes a much longer time to get in the car, suddenly holding his hand out multiple times, hilariously prolonging the stand-off. Jensen played along by anxiously having to back the car up and then forward several times to get out, Sam sticking his hand out the window as he does it. It makes me cry with laughter every time I see it.

Jared is really a genius with improv acting. Most of Jensens and Mishas improvisations wouldnt have worked without Jared thinking fast to play along with his comedic timing. Not sure why #6 and #1 were on this list at all as 6 was forgettable and 1 was a blooper

I guess there was a scene they were using picks to smash a wall. When debris hit their eyes. Sam goes glasses? Dean squinting agrees and also said glasses. Apparently that wasnt scripted.

Should've included Dean screaming the way he did in Yellow Fever when the cat jumped out of the locker, followed by the line That was scary. That whole scene was improvised as well.
