I dont see the house as relevant. Most homeowners dont live under the tyranny of an HOA, nor does an HOA generally have any authority equal to a city planning commission. Most HOAs dont even have the authority to enforce their own policies (unless a legally binding contract is involved. Dont sign those. The houses all looking the same could probably be chalked up to a housing development project. If the general architecture of his house, in spite of looking different, isnt violating any building codes or city ordinances, theres nothing anyone can do but whinge, including an HOA. The only thing his house indicated is his lack of subtlety.

1st I think most of gru's villain activities is covered via some villain organisation. Like that villain bank. 2nd minions are born to serve their master. No matter what while their master is alive they will serve him, like with Napoleon, Napoleon wasn't a bad guy. He wasn't a good guy, but he certainly wasn't the baddest. 3rd I think gru mostly pays his bills by selling some of the stuff he stole on a black market. 4th It's a kids cartoon. They don't have to explain everything that happens in there

There have been times when a lot of us have wished we had some way to, let us say---correct---the driving antics of some erratic or downright _pushy_ individual behind the wheel of some equally annoying vehicle. (Somehow, Gallagher's suction cup darts don't seem to be enough to discourage these types) I thoroughly enjoy the Despicable Me franchise. Sly pokes at things the way the Saturday morning cartoons like those of Ponsonby Britt and the ilk did!

i know this may come as a shock to most american sheeple but in most other countries you are actually allowed to build your house however the hell you want and if your lawn is bad that is YOUR problem, no one elses and no one has a right to tell you to do something about it.

When I first saw the Minions I genuinely thought that they were mutant Twinkies, and continued to think that until they made the Minions movie came out. I dont know why they just looked like Mutant Twinkies to me.

Heres a fact: There was an app released to coincide with the original Despicable Me during its theatrical run that translated Minionese to Englishbut it only worked during the end credits!

I think the best Easter egg in the franchise is having the song Macarena in the third movie. The youngest are not going to understand everything that song was in the 90's!

Questions on the Minions, are there or can there be any female minions? And how can Gru tell a minion apart by name? Despite their different appearances.

One thing I don't understand about the evil bank is: what's the point of an evil bank? Bad guys often robb banks! This is how they get the money!

None of these have anything to do with only adults noticing. The only one was the paintings and not even most adults noticed that one.
