Jake, Gwen, Wendy, Clifton and Tippy were only in one episode but Gwen was mentioned all the time wether she appeared in the episode or not and what about the woman who had the long red hair who was training David to be a sack boy or who was buying a dress from him at the blouse barn WHY YOU DO IT shouting at Moria after the people magazine article just a few of the towns people who would show up what about amier who Stevie was seeing for a bit, people like Roland, jocylyn Ted Patrick bob and Ronnie I felt were never under rated but right up there with the roses

And I agree 100% on number 1. I thought Twyla's character was so damn funny, yet gave such awesome pearls of wisdom (although the way she throws shade at Johnny for being cheap on tips is one of the most priceless, funniest things I've EVER seen.
And making a spin-off of her would be AWESOME. Just call it Cafe Tropical. :-)

What makes this show so special is the fact that pretty much every character in it is likeable (except for Alexis in the first seasons, and I sometimes find Moira's reactions annoying. Schitt's Creek is the show to watch whenever you feel disappointed by people, it will change your mind instantly.

I just finished watching all six seasons of Schitt's Creek, and why were they trying to hide the fact they were in Canada? Not a single Canadian flag, and when they went to court, it looked like an American courtroom?
My favorite character without question or equal is Stevie.

Honestly Chris Elliot in general is very underrated. I adore Bob and Twyla, I live when she interacts with the Roses especially Johnny. Love the new ad with them together.
