I love this! I have so much admiration and respect for voice actors. The industry has evolved so much. In how VAs have gone from just the voices in animation and voice over to respectable and recognizable legends. Many have become celebrated for their talent and we recognize them just as much as onscreen actors, musicians, and any other celebrities. I love familiarizing myself with a VA's voice because I'll watch something and be like OH MY GOD THAT'S SO AND SO. That's always fun! I'm so happy that voice actors are getting more light shone on them for their talent and craft. It's amazing being able to interact with my favorite VAs on social media and meet them at conventions to appreciate them, thank them, and talk about their work with them in person. It's become so normalized and I'm really glad. Something about voice actors stands out to me more than any other kind of entertainer. They really are some of the most wonderful, kind, and approachable people I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

8 if I get to do voice acting I'd probably sign up as a (respectfully) voice of Tom Kenny waspinator
7 i need to see script as I need to see the character
6 i see no wonder why Tom Kane had to leave i don't drink alcohol and never coffee (I like water, tea, soda and hot chocolate)
5 i have heard Chris rock and Ben stiller as half of Madagascar but I never knew tarra strong voiced Ben 10 until I found out age 12

I want to know why Cree Summer seems to have a life-long first-dibs stranglehold on Black female animated characters.
Seriously, take a look at any animated Black female (child, adult, elderly, and/or anthropomorphic) from a major franchise or high profile project released/published/broadcasted in North America within the past 30 years or so, and Cree Summer will probably be the voice actress.
Before you cry racist, I am a Black man. I also know that Cree Summer has been voice acting since the days of Inspector Gadget. I am NOT criticizing her work. I'm just saying that it seemed like casting directors only had one Black female in their Rolodexes for decades. Wazupwitdat?

I LOVED this! I as a lover of alot of animated shows as much as I love live action actors I have HUGE respect for VA actors because they go through so much and some favs of mine I know I have studios made into their homes so that they can record from home at times they're all incredible and I love seeing BTS of animated shows just to see the hard work they go through because its not easy and they bring some of my favourite characters to life and I appreciate them all

2 more secrets not ranked: Babies and children are often played by ladies as they're able to maintain that childlike voice. For if actual boys played some children, their voices deepen by the time they hit puberty. Plus some of these actors mention how it's cheaper for 1 person to play 5 characters rather than 5 individuals playing 5 individual characters.

Plz Don't drink tea with lemon. It just dry your mouth more than it helps. Just drink warm water with or without honey. Or something else that does keep your throat and vocal part moist. But lemon is just propaganda. It does not help as much as just warm water. Sometimes basic is the best xD

I find it interesting that although voice actors usually record their lines separately to the other actors, Kevin Kline and Kenneth Branagh were in the same recording Booth for The Road to El Dorado, so that they could play off each other's banter.

I understand that acting is tough, hard and a lot of work. I understand voice acting is different from on camera acting but is still acting one way or another. I want to get apart of the VO industry and do that as well. Maybe one day.
